CRAP!
I had a crummy day yesterday. I didnt exercise and I just studied and nibbled all freakin evening. I am pissed at myself! I even thought ....oh you really shouldnt be eating while you are studying but I just did it anyway...Crap
I probably ate like 2800 calories instead of my target 1800 and no exercise either.
I hate this feeling. I am gonna dwell on this feeling today use it to get refocused. I mean yesterday was nothing compaired to some days I would have had in the past. But I feel like I let myself down. All I had to do was just stop eating and I didnt. The worst was that I actually thought about it and still didnt. It was not like I had eaten it before I realized it. And it wasnt like it was worth it like having and occasional off plan meal that is kinda planned for like I did on that steak dinner when I was in Austin at convention. Why the hell did I do that? It was so not worth it. I gotta really let that soak into my soul because I cannot allow several of those kinday days to string together or I will lose my progress that I have fought so hard for. Hell I am like 4 lbs from having lost 50 freakin pounds! Why in the world would I blow that?
Today I will be perfect. Yesterday was NOT the way I am now. Yesterday was only a glimpse of the old FAT me...and I do not like that guy.
It happens homie!!! Were not in a perfect world and we will deviate sometimes... Your right yesterday was the person you use to be and today is the the person you are becoming... First you become then you attract.. Once you slip as long as you catch yourself right away you will be fine.> Basically it's obstacles in life that we will always fall into.. yes it may have been a bad day but your right back on track :) we all have bad days sometimes, what is importants in not letting everything go to hell afterwards.

Today has been better.
Just rode bike 12.6 miles
Gotta study now.
Big nasty 2 day test thursday and friday.
I have to spend the night near the university tomorrow night and thursday so may not have much chance to post. Yall pray Im feelin smart on those two days.
One good thing...For the last 3 years I have been having to pay 60 bucks a semester for a fitness center fee. I have not been able to use the center because I attended all my classes at a satalite location. they still made us pay it saying ...well if you wanted to use the facility you could...Yeah right its like 48 miles from my house...well these two days Im gonna use the hell out of that place. Hope they have some good equipment that i can get like 3 years of use out of...cause in the evenings after I have tested for 8 hours I am gonna burn that mutha up!

Thanks Ivette....You were one of the first ones to encourage me on here and I cant tell you how much yalls encouragement, kiddin around and just sharing what its like to fight this fight has meant to me.
That goes to all of yall who drop by the ol time machine (I do kinda feel like Im turning back the clock.)

Okay I am over my little pity party of 48 hours ago. I hammered that thing in the head with exercise and a good day of eating. I am taking today off to study and then to pack up and head to the university already got my exercise in.
I just got off my bike. I did 10.5 miles. I would have done more but felt guilty that I needed more study time but while I rode ....I wuz a-thinkin... I have a few accomplishments to note. And I have set some new short term goals
1. I have lost 46 lb since my heaviest and 38 since halloween
2. I had a new years resolution to exercise 12 days in a row...did it. Then thanks to Ivette challenging me I did another stretch of 16 days in a row. In fact I have now exercised 49 out of the last 56 days.
3. Set another new years resolution to have no fast food for 60 days..I am on day 56 and I think Im gonna change it to 100 days.

Okay new goals
1. I will weigh 286 by Feb 28 (that will be 50 lbs of loss)
2. I will exercise 17 days in a row (that beats the old record)
3. I will weigh 279 by march 27

So there they are my new goals. I think I need this refocusing. I do not want to lose steam. So much good has happened. I have never lost this much before and I cannot break the momentum. I just cant let that happen like it has sooo many times in past after I had lost 10 or 20 lbs.

Hey buddy! Just stopping by to say hi! I feel like I haven't been active on here in a while. :) I'M SOOO PROUD OF YOUUU for working out when everyone went out to eat! I think the hardest times are when other people invite you out. GOOD JOB WITH THAT! :)

I am Back!
I survived the exams! I totaled up the lenght of my responses to all questions and I figgure I typed 37 pages in response to * total questions over 16 hours. I couldnt bear to even look at a computer this weekend so I am just now posting. I wont fing out is I passed for a couple of weeks ( different prfessors grade the questions). I worked out every night I was there and Sat and Sun. So I have worked out 6 days in row now .
Oh and by the way...I weighed in Sat morning. 286.4

I have lost 50 lb!!!

Its kinda surreal

Sorry I haven't stopped by for a while I've been busy with lots of stuff.. but WOW 50lbs!!! THIS IS AMAZING!!! I'm so proud of you!! You make me want to try so much harder!! And I hope you did well on all your exams!!
