Ate like 1900 calories. A couple hundred above goal but I still should be in deficit,
Reflection- I see why some people fall off the weight loss program. We are trained by society, media, modern life...to want things to happen quickly. We get impatient when things happen slowly. Slow progress is irritating and gaps or reversals of progress are torturous. But if we can just stay the course, weather the storms, pick ourselves up and carry on when we stumble, we will find that slow and steady wins the race. Speed is of no consequence...finishing is what counts!
