Another goal is to fit comfortably into this pair of pants I've been holding onto for 4 yrs! I've never been able to button them.
I feel like I ate a ton of food today, but I kept track of everything and came out under my target of 1200 calories, I guess the beer & fastfood made me feel full all day-

I didn't exercise, but I did clean out my bthroom drawers & cabinets & get rid of a bunch of old makeup & junk, so I accomplished something
I'm trying to declutter & organize my home at the same time as losing the weight.
