I stray away from WLF way too much. I need to be here to keep my mind on track.
I am getting a notebook to record my food, water, and exercise in... instead of doing it online. I haven't been caring much about my food, so I need to start.
I haven't been to the gym for a while. I have gotten in a few walks and bike rides... but I am going to plan out a schedule for the week when I get home from work tonight so I know when my gym availability is.
IT IS SOOO HOT OUT TODAY. I definitely want to go swimming. And use the treadmill. I made a list of everything I need to get done today before work at 6pm, and I think I can fit in a really nice gym session.
I have a MAJOR headache today. I think it is an allergy headache because my nose is stuffed up too. I'll make sure to take some medicine before I go to the gym. Because I am in such a daze from my headache that I can barely stand up.
So, for now I am off to do some chores, start my new notebook, and get ready to go out to the gym.
