Day 1 208.4
In the 30 day jump start book they suggest you stay on track for 30 days and do exactly what they tell you, and then on the 31st day have your very own finale. So, that is what I prepare to do. Day 1 is today- I weighed in at 208 (thanks to a binge eat last night).
Exercise:
20 minutes walking, I stayed in my target heart rate... 160-170bpm, walked average of 4.1 mph.
10 minutes mobility and body weight training... chest and back opener, dynamic hip flexor stretch, dynamic hamstring stretch, dynamic calf stretch with lat pull, figure-4 hip opener.
If I do well during the 30 day jump start I will reward myself with the BL family cookbook that looks like it has LOTS OF YUMMY recipes and the big crowd-pleaser for the book is that it is budget friendly!
Comments for day 1: I'm interested in how far this 30 days will take me. The plan is right in front of me... all I have to do is follow it. I suspect the food will be hard for me to follow, I always crave chips and fatty foods. I hope this plan does what it says and helps me crave healthy foods.
