michelle- thanks for stopping in. I am reasonable with my goals because if I don't I'll just be disappointed because I can't accomplish them. I love grapes. Red or green! Yummmmmm.
reluctantcabbie- thanks for stopping in, I can always use the extra support! I never thought of taking my bike to the canal! What a great idea! I used to live in wareham with my father and we used to go walking down there. It's beautiful, and pretty flat if I remember correctly. Thanks for that!!
Kim- I'm practicing my bike riding, I know HOW to ride the bike, I just need to build up stamina. I'll get there. I love riding...until my knees start burning. No pain no gain, your right. Pain is good. LOL.
reluctantcabbie- thanks for sharing that information. The part that starts burning is the muscle above my knee(on top of my leg, toward my thigh) it isn't a pain pain, it's a muscle is being used pain... Is that even making sense? LOL. Should I worry?
I'm watching "the 750 pound man". It's good thing for me to watch and learn that it's worth spending time each day exercising. They have really good perspectives and advice. I feel like they have better advice for me about cravings and the need for exercise then dieticians. LOL. Tomorrow dan and I are going to take a healthy lunch and a blanket, walk to the park, and have a picnic and he might go fishing. Then we will walk back and go on a bike ride to make up the rest of my hour of exercise. It should be a good day.

Wait...sorry, I'm jumping in the middle of this....but the 750lb man died?! I watched that once, but never knew....
reluctantcabbie- thanks. I'm glad I had nothing to worry about!
Kim- I was sad when he died. It's too bad he did too little too late. Did you watch "I eat 33,000 calories a day" after that? It was really shocking!
