Brandy's Success Diary

I'm back. And I've missed so much!!! KIM- YOUR PREGGERS!?!?!?!?!? AMAZING!!!! I'm so happy for you!!!

My vacation was really nice. But I definitely gained 2 pounds or so. It was rain rain rain for all but 2 days. SUCKED. But it was still wonderful to get away. This week is an in-between week for me. Because this next Saturday I am going on another vacation. I will update everyone with everything later on. I want to peak around at your diaries. Later tonight I will comment on everyone.

I am extremely happy. I just feel that I am able to be an adult and organize my life. I love that feeling. I think I am ready for the "adult life" now. Just too much is going on in my head and I want to be able to take everything slow. .....

More to come.

Glad you had a good vacation. And another one? Lucky you. :) Enjoy your summer, and get lots of exercise. It'll help offset any naughty eating you might do. :D

Thanks on the preggers congrats. :)

thanks for stopping by Kim!

I'm gaining weight, and don't know why anymore. Its frustrating. But I am going to make a weekly schedule for myself. See if that works. Danny keeps telling me how beautiful I am- but I just don't feel it right now. I am getting hours at work again, so the stress about money is sort of fading. I am concentrating my life right now on health, and finances. And also trying to slow down and enjoy each moment.

Hi Brandy! I was just thinking about you today:) I am sorry about the weight but Dan is right. You are very pretty!! I have seen pictures too lol!! It's good to focus on yourself and I am glad your getting more work. The weight will come off again. If you really don't know why it might be temporary weight gain for TOM or something like that. I have missed you posting! I even started a new diary but haven't seen you around... of course you have been on vacation lol. I am just a baby whiner ;) he he he.
I hope it gets better. Shift your focus from weight.(I know easier said than done I know) Eat well and the problem will correct itself!

Very well said by Mishi. :) And I also agree with her and Dan about you being pretty. You are--regardless of your weight. So don't forget it! :)

thank you Kim and Mishi from stopping by. I really appreciate the support!

Today's weight was 206.8. Eek Gad! But it has been 208 since I've gotten back from vacation. My focus hasn't really been on weight lately. Ive been really pleased that my "inner adult" has come through and taken over. For some reason i can only think of working more hours to support my family, well...Dan and myself. And to put away money for an apartment, that way maybe within the next year we will be able to afford to move out together. Everything has been turning around lately and pointing me in the direction that leads me to know I will survive in this world as an adult.

I have work today from 11 to 7. Those are kind of icky hours... But my paycheck will be nice the day I come back from vacation. I will bring Plenty of water bottles, a healthy dinner, and probably a couple of healthy snacks.

Hi Brandy!!! Just wanted to stop by and say HI!! **waves** You've had alot of vacations!! I'm glad your enjoying your summer :D

hey Korrie! Thanks for stopping by!

Weigh in today was 205.0. When I first came back I was like 208, so I'm pretty happy. It will be down again eventually. I leave for New Hampshire tomorrow morning, and I am very excited. I've been working like crazy for the past 3 days. Today I need to clean and pack. Dan and I went on a wonderful walk last night for half hour. It was very humid, but it was wonderful walking with him. He really is my best friend. I hope i can get him to go on another walk with me. If not I will do 3 miles by myself. Just me and my music. Mishi has inspired me to look for a 5K to run in my area. That's all for now. I need to think about what I'm bringing to NH tomorrow.

That's great for your weight to be going down:) and the walk with Dan sounds nice. I wish my hubby would walk with me more!! I am glad you are inspired! It is cool and now I am registered and I can't take it back lol. Even if I get preggers (hubby and I are trying now:) ) I can still run/walk the 5k! I am very excited. Hey if your up for a trip to Denver in October just let me know!! lol You can come to the race with me!!! lol
Hope you have a good weekend!

Thank you all for stopping by. I am trying to re-download the Robert Ullrey Couch to 5K program on my iphone, so I can bring it on Vacation this week and get some extra exercise in the mornings. I am SUPER aggravated with my boyfriend's 16 year old brother. He is being an annoying shit... not to mention a total ass to me lately. And I have lost my patients. My way of solving it right now- ignoring him. I am going to do some Yoga bright and early tomorrow morning to relax me for the 3 hour drive that I have to deal with him. It is 9:30pm, and I haven't even packed for my vacation yet. I have been enjoying my day of relaxation. But I still need to pack all of my stuff, and then take a cold shower to cool me off. (AC is broken again!!!) This next week of vacation...I'm definitely going to lose weight. I am in the zone. lol. Well, must get packing asap. I'll still update during the week. I'll have cell phone reception...so I can update from my phone. :D

sorry to hear about the annoying brother...sounds like he's pretty normal for 16, lol I hope you have fun on vaca!!

I have found something on iTunes that might help spark some motivation. It's free, and there are new episodes all the time. They have a website, and even someone you can ask questions to on the website. EVERYONE: go visit . It's great. I've decided to commit to 100 days of exercise. Starting today. (I found this on that nifty website I mentioned) the major thing for me will be getting all 3 types of exercise in. Strength, flexibility, and cardio. I'm thinking I might even do the couch to 5K in there somewhere. I'm listening to one of the shows right now! I'm loving it. I think I will take a walk today when we get to the place we are staying. I'm on the car ride there as we speak. I will post here all my exercises for this challenge. The website said that you can schedule 1 to 3 rest days every week and count it towards the 100 days. My goal is to keep the rest days to a max of 2; unless I get sick. I hope you all check out that website.

Oh man do I need that website right about now.

I have discovered that I am either all about being healthy & exercising or I am one lazy woman!

Hope your trip goes well & that your brother calms down on the annoyingness. :)

thanks for stopping by moon!! It's great to hear from you.

First night here. Bristol, NH. This place has a marvelous view. But it rained tonight, and I've had these awful stomach cramps. ( I think it has to do with some digestive problem). Tomorrow is a new day that I will fill with exercise.

woohoo! I just sat down and did some research for some races in my area. I am going to sign up for a 5k race on October 19th called Readers Become Leaders. For Wareham Middle School to get money for new books. It is a $12 fee; and $10 extra to get a tshirt. I will probably pay the $12 myself, and ask my parents to give me $10 for the tshirt. I will mail off the form when I get home. It will be excellent. I'm going to go be excited now. Thanks Michelle for that awesome website link!!

Hey everyone! It's only 8:42 am, but it's been a good morning so far. I started off with a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch. Yumm. But I turned down the Blueberry bread that was probably equally as tastey. LOL. I am probably going to change into sweat pants, and head out for a walk with Danny. I've been doing some peeking around at different races in my area, and if this Couch to 5K program helps better the relationship between running and myself... And if I enjoy the race I am signing up for... I might continue to sign up for more and more races.

Sounds like you are off to a great start! Day One down...

& you will so deserve that T-shirt! Plus it will be a good thing to throw on for later exercise sessions to remind yourself how far you have come & that you can do whatever you set your mind to do. I love that the race benefits reading! That's another of my goals, read more.
