


Hey there Brandy! Looks like you've been kicking butt with food and exercise!!! Take it easy on those shins! Better to get them stronger slowly and avoid permanent injury. I hear that shin splints have the potential to be really bad, but then again what do I know! I'm really glad to see your frame of mind is so positive!Keep up the good work, and remember it's the small changes that make the big difference - that 20 minutes of strength you did last night was way better than to not have done any exercise!! Every little bit counts.
