I had lunch: 1 everything bagel with 2 slices of American cheese, and a bit of lettuce. :)

Dinner plan: 2 bertucci's dinner rolls, an insalata with chicken and chianti dressing. Chianti is their low fat, low cal, low EVERYTHING dressing that is to die for. The insalata is just a regular salad. I love their rolls so much that 2 will be enough to hold me over.

But I don't know how I am going to put my dinner on Fitday because they don't have the information on there... and I can't find it anywhere. But I know I will be within my limit. I will probably have a granola bar as a snack. Possibly an orange as well.
 
MMM I love bagels and cheese!! you can lose it I know you can!! Keep it up and keep on moving!! Love that your drinking the water, keep up on that, it will help!! Have a great day!

Your dinner out sounded yummy. Sounds like you're back on track. We're kind of in the same position, aren't we? Let's hope we both post a good loss for the week. :)
 
BK for lunch??? wtf was I thinking??? Oh yeah... that I asked for just water, and boyfriend bought it for me. He was mad that he got it and I wasn't going to eat it... so I had to eat it. Now I'm sort of aggravated. It was good (sorta)... a guilty pleasure.

But I am going to mega-work out today to try and get rid of it. I'm about to head out on a jog (maybe SOME walk...but a lot of jogging), and then I will get a good chunk of Pilates DVD done, and of course some yoga and strength training. It will be my second-to-last chance workout. Tomorrow I will have all day to myself as well.... so I will have my LAST chance workout. I don't think I will get 210 this week. But I really want 211. I swear I will do everything in my power.
 
I just went on a 45 minute walk. Today was my strength training day...but I didn't go on a walk yesterday, so I had to catch up. I will also be getting the strength training done though!!! My walk felt great. I would have made it longer, but I have a lot of cleaning to do, and I didn't get much sleep last night. So I didn't want to overwork myself-and therefore not want to go tomorrow.
 
I am going to do last chance workouts today. I just have to remember to take every meal and every exercise one at a time... so I don't over-do myself.

I haven't eaten anything yet today.

Here is how I suspect my activities are going to go for the day:

clean up my desk
Do some dishes
Eat Breakfast
50 minutes of yoga
40 minutes of Pilates
Watch ANTM on youtube
30 minutes strength training (maybe while watching ANTM)
Vacuuming
Shower
Lunch
Going to my mother's house
walking with my brother for 1 hour
Dinner

I am going to make my day TODAY an example for the rest to come. It will be super healthy, and I will be very proud. My body is something that should be worshiped by me. I need to take better care of it.

NOW?? Watching an episode of ANTM on my computer and strength training for 30 minutes.

Today is rockin so far! I got to keep myself motivated to go further and further today. It IS my last chance work out for my challenge.

I got 2 hours and 30 minutes of exercise done today!! I am so proud of myself!!! I did 1 hour playing basket ball, 30 minutes walking, 30 minutes yoga, and 30 minutes of strength training. I am very proud of myself. Tomorrow will be JUST as good!!! I hope all week will be just as good! HELL... it WILLLLLLL be!! I'm feeling like a machine. I think 211 is too low for tomorrow. But Next week I want to be at 209. I am feeling great. I'm aware of my body and its needs as well as its urges. This is AMAZING. I feel like a new person.

I am going to try making this week "pure". I am not going to eat anything TOTALLY awful for me. NO BK for example. If I HAVE to eat pizza... I'll have 1 slice and savor it. NOT 4 pieces. I won't munch on chips or chocolate. And I am going to exercise as much as I possibly can.

Today so far:

Breakfast: small ice coffee and 1 orange. I made LOTS of great food in my culinary class. But decided not to eat them because I'm not sure about the nutritional value.

No exercise yet, but I just got home from school.

I can't go out for a walk today because it is POURING and very raw. So I found some step aerobic-steps, and I will do that for 45 minutes probably while watching TV. ((I'll try with 3 levels on the steps and take one away if its too much))

I will probably do more then that today...but I don't want to set my goals too far out of my reach. I haven't had lunch yet, I will probably have something kind of small. I'm trying to watch all different parts of my nutrition this week.

This week is going to be an awesome week. I am trying a pretty strict diet (watching calories, fat, carbs, sodium, protein, and fiber) and I am going to try to get a GOOD amount of exercise in this week as well. I will see how this week does for me when it comes to weigh in next week.

I am a tad too low for Fiber and Protein. And 11 too high for my ideal sodium level. But I think I'm still doing pretty well.

Just stopping by to read your diary... It sounds like you're getting a lot of good exercise in! Congrats! I also see your goal is to go from 217 to 190. When I tried Atkins a year ago, my goal was to go from 218 to 130. However, getting from 218 to 190 when I tried was quite easy! It was very very hard to lose anyting beyond that point, so I think you've got a good goal! With all the exercise you're doing and good eating, you'll be there in no time!

I just finished my 45 minutes of step-aerobics. I watched Scrubs when I did it, so I wasn't concentrated on the time. I worked so hard that after ONLY 45 minutes... 3 to 5 inches of my hair is SOAKED in sweat. I feel great. I am going to take a break and drink some water while I watch ANTM. Then I might take a shower because I smell awful!! lol. After dinner I may do some other type of exercise. Maybe/Probably 15 minutes of strength training.

WOOHOO I feel awesome!!!!
 
Today is going to be a great day because I'm in a GREAT mood.

Food so far:

Breakfast- 3/4 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios, 1/2 cup of 1% milk
Lunch- Left over Fettuccini Alfredo.

I want to do an hour of the step-aerobics today. I will start in just a bit. I was letting my food settle. I know I will be MORE then covered in sweat. So afterward I will take a shower. 10 things I hate about you is on. I love that movie...so stepping to that is fine. SO I'm off to get in that exercise!!!
 
I just completed 50 minutes of step aerobics! I am going to do 10 minutes later on. I already burned over 500 calories today!! I don't know what it is... I just feel it today. I feel healthy. I feel motivated. I love using the steps in front of the tv to exercise. I lead with each leg for 5 minutes, and then continue to switch until I've reached the time I want.

I got eliminated from the Amazing Race Challenge which sucks and I'm not sure whether my team wants to do the 2nd chance thread.

I've had 4 cups of water so far today, and I definitely have another 4 to 6 to go. I am very very very happy with myself today. I feel myself progressing slowly.

(up to 1 hour 35 minutes so far this week.)

edit: I just looked at my exercise sight, and realized today is my strength training day!! I thought it was the 45 minute cardio!!! So I will be adding on to my time for sure today!!

So I went a little over on my calories today. But it was because of my ignorance... not because of me slacking on the diet. I didn't realize that egg yolks are so high in calories.

Honey Nut Cheerios
1% milk
Alfredo Sauce
Bow Ties
Snacks, granola bar chocolate chip
Snacks, granola bar chocolate chip
Peanut butter
Jelly, grape
S&S Light Wheat Bread
Everything Bagel
Cream Cheese
Egg, whole, cooked, scrambled
Milk, cow's, fluid, 1% fat
Totals 1614calories 50 fat 240carbs 60protein.

That is my list from FITDAY. I don't like going higher then 1500 calories, but in this case, I feel full, and I have plenty of protein, so I'm happy with it. Carbs are within my goal, but my preference is a little lower then this.

I am going to plan out tomorrow's food now too. I all of a sudden really like to eat eggs. Before ...about an hour ago... I hated eating eggs. Then I sort of got a craving for them! Tomorrow if I eat eggs for breakfast... I will make sure to eat whites... not yolks. I'm sticking to a really healthy cuisine tomorrow. Today wasn't even that bad. I'm actually pretty proud of it!!!

I haven't done my strength training for the day yet; I will start that in an hour when my food has settled from dinner.

I AM HAPPPPPPY with my week so far. :party:
 
1600 isnt' bad...not really, its better than 1800, lol you can look at it that way I guess. You mentioned your new love for eggs...isn't it funny how we seem to run in phases, one time we'll love a certain food and eat it alot, then we'll get bored w/ it and move onto something else, lol

Well, heres to GREAT week for the black team!!
 
All I did was 10 minutes of strength training. That brings me to 1 hour today. I am very tired, and I don't think I'll be doing more exercise tonight. I am waaaay to tired to exert myself more. I will probably go to bed within an hour or so. I want to watch a few tv episodes on YouTube; and plan my food options for tomorrow.
