I don't think I'm preggo... I do think I had a flu of some sort.
I am not happy about it... well... I was ok... and then I went to the mall yesterday and I saw 4 girls from my high school graduating class with babies. I want a family of my own.
I had a very strange TOM. I spotted for the most part for 5 days (usual duration).
I'm dealing. Weightloss and healthy eating has just been... OFF.
I need to clean my room. Tomorrow I am having a date day with by Boy. <33 My self esteem is coming back. For now anyways.
but I really need to go clean my room before Dan comes home from work and kicks my butt! lol.

Sorry I haven't been around much everyone. I've had a few days where I am just... depressed. I bought a few items of clothing and a Jillian Michaels exercise DVD. For one reason or another The Biggest Loser is always a HUGE motivation for me, and Jillian Michaels is my favorite exercise guru. lol. So I might go out tonight and buy the other Biggest Loser DVDs for $9 a piece. I'll go out tonight for it I'm sure. I am not the most patient person in the world.
I am excited to get back on track... and saying that... I really haven't fallen off too far over the holidays. I gained 2lbs, but my choices have been better than in any other year.

I have decided to make my New Years resolutions....
1. Find my first full time job at a place in my career field.
2. Lose weight... DUH. Well... instead of just saying that, I have decided to give myself regular exercises to do. I plan to incorporate running, walking, the 3 Biggest Loser DVD's, strength training, and yoga/pilates into my weekly schedule.
I am going to start the C25K january 1st. And On the off days of that I will be doing a power walk- rain, snow, ice, hail... lol. The BL DVDs I will do daily no doubt. Strength training I will do once a week, and yoga/pilates I will do once a week.
Those are my only goals I am setting for 2009. I am going to be graduating college, and I want to be fit and healthy to start my "real" life. And Of course I want to find my first full time job!!! That sort of goes along with graduating college. lol.
I am actually going to start my routine tomorrow, I don't want to wait until New Years!
When the Biggest Loser 7 starts on the first Tuesday of january... I want to be there losing weight with them... not just wishing I could be there.
Today I am starting my New Years resolution in the weight loss department because no better time than the present. I'm pretty happy after talking with Dan last night... because while discussing New Years Resolutions, he told me he wanted to lose 50 pounds. He might not exercise like me, he has his own thing. But he will definitely eat healthy with me... because once Dan sets his mind to something, he sticks with it. So as long as I can keep my exercise habits up, he can help keep my good eating habits up.
Dan is at work for the next few hours, so I am going to get some stuff done. I need to clean- but that should only take me 30 minutes or so, and then i will do my 30 day shred- which is a 20 minute program, and then a 30 minute power walk today.
The C25K program I want to start after New years, and I will do a Saturday, Monday, Wednesday training... because once school starts up again, that will be my ideal schedule for it. I will do 30 minutes of power walking on the days I do not have the training.
I am really excited to do this. Because I have made a schedule that includes daily exercise, and I have made it fun, and something I can do.
Now I have decided when making this list that if I need a rest day during the week, I can make one rest day any day during the week, but I don't want it to be a C25K day because I want to stick to that training.
Get ready to see my weight melt off the sexy body I know I have under there somewhere!!

I haven't tried it quite yet, I will start right after I eat something for lunch. But I have heard a TON of good things about it. It is a 20 minute work out, and there is NO break. I set some big exercise goals... because I want to push myself. I haven't made anything so absurd that I will have to exercise 4 hours every single day. I just do about 1 hour a day all together... and they are things that don't have to be done in a row... I can do one activity, and do the other later or something.
Im gonna start the Cought to 5k as well...however I bought it and paid for it and didnt appear to recive it as it wasnt in my email and hasnt turned up anywhere...lol...I sent them an eamil from my reciept and we will see from there...*SIGH*
Im excited to start the c 2 5k...However I needa ll our snow to disappear I cant even go for a walk anywhere...all teh parking lots are still not cleared and most of the parks not open and no where to park due to all the snow bluffs!
You can get the C25K for free on itunes when you search podcasts. Robert Ullrey I believe. I bet there is others though. Where did you buy it from? I hear you about the snow. lol. I am worried about that when I am starting my running... but I will try and run through the snow.lol. I don't know how well that will work, but we'll see how things turn out.
Good luck to the two of you! It is a lot easier when you have someone doing it with you, even if it's just the food thing you're doing together. That's what I find hard, when my fiance wants to eat something bad then I want it. We both want to lose weight for the wedding, so on the weekend we're gonna come up with a food plan, woo! I definately know that to be successful with your food you do need to plan ahead so that you know what your eating and making sure it's the right stuff ahead of time. So good luck with that! I know that's my biggest issue right now so hopefully you two will have much better success at starting healthy eating!
Oh and is that 30 day shred the one with Jillian from the biggest loser? If it is, my mom gave me that for Christmas and I should be starting it too, hehe.
