My weigh in this morning was 184.8. So I've done okay at maintaining my weight during my break. Gained a couple of pounds, but hopefully I will be back down in no time!
I'm so close to the 170s. I've been close since Dec though. I've had two months with no weightloss. And its my fault. I keep thinking about where I would be now if I hadn't fallen off the wagon for those 2 months. But there's nothing I can do about it now. All I can do is get up and start over! In the past, when I would lose motivation, I would give up all together and just go back to my old habits, telling myself I just couldn't do it. This time... I messed up... So what, we all slip. But I'm not giving up. I'm getting my mojo back and getting back in the game!
I'm proud of myself for that!
Today I went to the gym. My momma actually went with me, which was nice! I did 30 min on the treadmill at 3.5 mph, 1.66 miles. And 20 minutes on the bike 4.1 miles. So I did almost 5 miles today!
now I've gotta do my ab workouts. And then I will do a 20 min zumba class tonight. Probably after dinner!
