So yesterday I come home from work (hungry) and I see a freshly baked cake on the counter! My sister (although heavier than me) is not eating healthy, so she prepares all types of foods.

Well I started my new lifestyle 2 days ago...I was very inspried by this book! I finally felt ready to do this!

I can make pretty good decisions on my own like in restaurants or when I have to prepare things myself. BUT..when someone else prepares food...I cant help it!

So Day 1- Success (1,200 calories)
Day 2- GREAT the whole day, until I saw that cake :drool5: where I ate approx. 800 calories. DANG!

UGH! But today is a new day, so I must forget the cake and keep going...this is the difference between my "diet" now and last time...that I will keep eating healthy even after binges. Before I use to binge for the rest of the week...and on monday attempt to start my "diet"again.
 
Should I!?

I am debating whether to eat this salad I brought home from work...300 calories...I am NOT hungry..but I have not ate since 2.

What do you think?
 
It wouldn't hurt to eat it since you haven't had anything since 2. But if you actually have to force it down to eat, then i'm not sure I would do it.

Buffet

OK so now I feel like this is Finally it! I went to the buffet and didnt pig out! Usually I leave feeling STUFFED and regretful...but not today.:hurray:

I went straight to the salad, ate a big bowl. Then I ate a LIL spagetti, corn, broccolli, mashed potatoes, a couple french fries, and a some sweet beans. HEALTHY RIGHT?

For dessert, they had chocolate covered strawberries. I ate 1 and took a bite out of my sisters carrot cake!


For lunch, ate a salad as an appetizer because my mom is making CALDO de CAMARON...which is like Shrimp Soup?

I FEEL STRONG, HAPPY, and SUCCESSFUL.
