i'm currently (like everyone i suppose) trying to tone up my body, and everywhere i read that losing body fat is essential.  i am 6"2 and 156lb, and everyone tells me i look underweight.  it still feels like theres excess fat there though.  i was wondering if it would be advisable to continue CV exercise along with weight training, or whether this would be pointless.  any help much appreciated.  o and also, where can i find exercises for the chest without gym equipment?
