I'm starting to get very annoyed when I measure my % bodyfat
I've got some scales which can measure bodyfat, but they're dubious to say the least.
So I've bought some Accumeasure skinfold calipers, which are slightly more accurate.
But what's going on here? In the last 2 weeks I've lost 1.3kgs in weight but gained 0.9% bodyfat (or thereabouts).
I've started back up on creatine... could that have something to do with it?
Could I still be losing muscle despite eating lots of protein and doing lots of weights, if I'm not doing weights on all parts of my body? Because I'm not doing anything (other than cardio) for my legs at the moment...
