Day 30

Meal 1 - 3 egg cheese mushroom onion tomato omelet
Meal 2 - Chicken fajita ( no tortilla)
Meal 3 - 1 can of kipper snack and a salad with fat free dressing
Meal 4 - 1/4 cup mixed nuts and some grapes

only drank water and black coffee

Exercise - little walking at work

Starting weight - 308.6
Current weight - 283.2
Total loss - 25.4 lbs

Day 31

Meal 1 - 3 egg cheese mushroom onion tomato and salsa omelet
Meal 2 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 low carb yogurt
Meal 3 - 2 zucchinis spiraled and sauteed with mushrooms and onions topped with a sausage spaghetti sauce
Meal 4 - 1 pack of tuna and a salad with fat free dressing
Meal 4 - 1/4 cup mixed nuts and a peach

only drank water and black coffee

Exercise - a lot of walking at work

Starting weight - 308.6
Current weight - 283.0
Total loss - 25.6 lbs
 
If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

Day 32

Meal 1 - 3 egg cheese mushroom onion tomato and salsa omelet
Meal 2 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 low carb yogurt
Meal 3 - shredded chicken taco salad
Meal 4 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 low carb yogurt
Meal 5 - 1 pouch of tuna and a banana

only drank water and black coffee

Exercise - moderate walking at work

Starting weight - 308.6
Current weight - 283.0
Total loss - 25.6 lbs

Day 33

Meal 1 - 3 egg cheese mushroom onion tomato and salsa omelet
Meal 2 - chicken cacciatore
Meal 3 - 1/4 cup mixed nuts with a low carb yogurt and a banana

Exercise - moderate walking at work

Meal 1 - 2 egg cheese with a bit of shredded chicken and salsa omelet
Meal 2 - 1 can of sardines and a peach
Meal 3 - chicken fajitas ( no tortilla )

drank water and black coffee 1 beer and a glass of mead

Exercise - none

Starting weight - 308.6
Current weight - 281.4
Total loss - 27.2 lbs

Day 35

Meal 1 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and a low carb yogurt
Meal 2 - 1 pouch tuna and an apple
Meal 3 - mango avocato chicken breast with broccoli and a salad

drank water and black coffee, iced tea and a beer

Exercise - none

Starting weight - 308.6
Current weight - 280.2
Total loss - 28.4 lbs
 
Week 5 is finished and I came in at 280.8 that is a 3.8 pound drop for the week bringing my total loss to 27.8 lbs. I am pretty happy with that. Still going good with no real cravings as of yet. I have been trying to get my 5 small meals in a day but my work schedule has been crazy and since we do not have a set lunch time or break I try to grab a quick bite when I can. Also the long hours have cut into my walking time at the gym. I have to work on that. Otherwise all good and looking forward to see what week 6 brings.
 
Don't wait until you reach your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take towards reaching that goal.

Day 37

Meal 1 - 3 egg and cheese, mushroom, onion and salsa omelet
Meal 2 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 yogurt
Meal 3 - shrimp and spiral zucchini sauteed in butter and garlic with a salad

drank water and black coffee, and a beer

Exercise - light walking at work

Current weight - 280.8
Total loss - 27.8 lbs

Good quote, and very true. As I see it eating right is the primary goal, any of us can do that today, no matter what we weigh. I agree with LaMa, you should be proud of yourself, you have done very well over the past month plus.

Meal 2 - shredded buffalo chicken and a can of green beans
Meal 3 - salad with salmon
Meal 4 - 1/4 mixed nuts and an apple

drank water and black coffee

Exercise - treadmill - walking for a hour 3.25 miles

Starting weight - 308.6
Current weight - 279.8
Total loss - 28.8 lbs
 
Each new day is an opportunity to improve yourself. Take it and make the most of it.

Day 39

Meal 1 - 3 egg and cheese, salsa, mushroom, spinach and tomato omelet
Meal 2 - chicken stir fry and an apple
Meal 3 - 1 pack of tuna and a salad
Meal 4 - 1 low carb yogurt and 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese

drank water and black coffee

Exercise - none

Starting weight - 308.6
Current weight - 279.4
Total loss - 29.2 lbs
 
So close to being 1/3 of the way already, in only 39 days! Well done, Bob :)
