I havent done anything yet today. i just woke up and posted comments and such. But I have an update from yesterday.

I ate 1476 calories, but after i posted last night i biked for 1.5 extra hours and my total of calories burned was 1530! so that means i burned off more than i ate. it made me happy. I know i did a lot of work, but i got my calories burned off of a website because i couldnt figure out how to attach my calorie counter. i'm still working on that. But it said stationary bicycling- moderate pace. and i did a little more than a moderate pace, but it could still be considered moderate to them. So... i think its in the ball park.

Today i'm going to subway for lunch. But I dont know what time. I might make myself a half of a meatball sandwich before we go if we are going late. i hope not. Subway sounds delicious!!!

i went to subway today with Danny. I had a big huge meal because i was starving. But it was a combo of breakfast and lunch.. and i wont eat again until dinner.

I had a 12 inch sweet onion chicken teriaki sub on wheat bread with lettuce, banana peppers, and red onions. With sweet onion dressing. And Provolone cheese. I also added a bag or Lay' light original chips. (only 75 calories)

I had a total of 895 calories!! :eek:

But i wont eat a lot for dinner. I'll try to keep it to 300 - 500 calories. I'm still really full... so i'm not sure i will be eating much at all.

I have been playing guitar a lot today. But i cant find a song that i want to sit down and learn. But i love my guitar. Its a cherry red Epiphone SG special electric guitar. I also have an acoustic.

I'm going home to my dad's house tomorrow, and he is going to buy some ingredients so i can bake. i love baking. I'm going to make an herb foccacia bread.

I have to clean my room still tonight. And i might play my game later on. Who knows?? i also need exercise. Even though i'd love to avoid it tonight. lol. I really want to make my target this week. I dont want to exercise off everything i eat today.. i just want to do a half hour of biking or something. Something small.
 
I am doing a similiar thing where I eat what sounds good but try to make choices that keeps me satisfied and that stay under my daily calorie allowence:)
keeps me motivated because I don't think I could do a diet that cuts out a food completely! That's cool you like to bake:) me too... though I have never done foccacia bread. My crowning achievement is boston creme pie :) so yummy! Hope you have a good night and get to work some exercise in! It doesn't take that long and once your done you don't have to worry about it anymore:)
 
when i am starving subway is a great option....here is what I always get...:

just a turkey on white (make sure you get white the bread is only 190 cals vs. 200's like the others)

w/ only mustard: 280 cals
w/ the mayo (light): 280+50= 330
w/ cheese too:330+50= 380

that's for a 6"...but if you are really hungry...you just go for a footlong w/o cheese= 660 (mustard + mayo+all the veggies you want!)

Do they not have a wholegrain bread? I don't know about calories but if you can get it, even if it cost a few more it's probably worth it for the way it makes you feel more satisfied for longer and because it's better for your body.
 
Haha....I seem to not be able to get away from Subway....I manage a Subway....They have a nutrition guide in-store if you just want to pick one up to look at (don't bother looking at the cookies, you'll be sooooo disguested! haha) or you can go online to Official SUBWAY Restaurants' Web Site to see nutritional information there. Although I believe that any bread white/wheat is ok. I always say wheat is the best for you, but the breads with cheeses sprinkled on top (monterray cheddar, italian herbs and cheese, etc) aren't so great obviously.

i didnt count my calories today. Bad brandy!! lol. I had an orange for breakfast, a meatball sandwich for lunch, and a half of a cheese quesadilla for dinner. I also had an icecream cone. It was half fat icecream.. not bad in calories. But i dont remember how many. I didnt exercise again today. I HATE myself for it. But i definately stayed within my limit today. i left my ab chair at Danny's house, and i dont go back until monday. But oh well. i'll bring my dog for walks. that sounds nice. i didnt get the job at the lingerie store like they promised i would. So i have spent the day crying. I have to go find more jobs tomorrow. Wednesday is Danny's birthday. I'm going to make him a cake, and sew him a pj shirt. I have a gift certificate from xmas left over and i'm going to buy him a movie with it. i feel bad that i cant buy him anything. So that is all the stuff i can give him. I hope he likes it. I'm making him an old fashion pound cake with buttercream frosting and cut up strawberries. its his favorite. I started making foccacia bread tonight.. but i'm doing the sponge method so this batch takes about 8-16 hours to proof. So when i wake up in the a.m. i am going to make the rest of it, and have delicious bread. YAY!!
 
I just weighed myself (even though its at night) and i weigh 193. That means i lost 1 more pound. Yay for me! I weigh more at night, so maybe i weight less than that now!! yay for me.

I need to start putting more oomph into my dieting experience. i want to try harder to lose my weight.
 
i weighed myself this morning... i weigh 192!! i hit my goal for this week!!! Yay or meeeee! I didnt eat that great today, but i didnt eat that much either. So i'm still ok. Hope everyone else is doing good!
 
I just weighed myself again. i am starting to think the scale is messed up. it said i weighed 190. that is amazing. but yesterday i weighed 192. Weird. maybe it was because i stopped eating all together before 7:00pm? I never usually do that. But yesterday i felt like i had to because i thought i ate badly. apparently not. lol. I'm happy with what it says.i'll weigh myself again tomorrow morning to make sure.

This makes me at the 20 lb mark. Only 50 lbs left to go. Woo Hoo!

I made some focaccia bread yesterday. it is delicious! theres so much of it. lol.
Tomorrow i am making a pound cake for Dan's bday. And next weekend i am going to bake the outback steakhouse's honey wheat bushman bread. I love cooking. and baking. i hope that someday i can open my own restaurant and bakery. Maybe with Dan. he is going to college for culinary arts as well... then he's going for restaurant and hospitality and business management. And i'll be the only skinny chef/ baker there is.:) :) :)

in my restaurant i will serve all types of food. And all sorts of baked goods. i'll serve the yummy delicious foods that are not nutritional, and i'll serve the amazing baked goods and meals that are also good for you.
