I'm 18 years old, and i am trying to go on a diet once again. I've never really had success with diets, but i've never had support on any of them either. I've Joined this sight, and now i think i can find some support.
About a year ago i lost about 20 lbs on the Atkins diet. I HATED IT. It always put me in such a bad mood. i need carbs. So i'm going to start a new lifestyle instead of a new diet.
My current goal for this week is to:
Drink 3 water bottles per day
Not snack at work, and
have only water from the free fountain drinks at work.
You see, i work at a restaurant (uno's chicago grill) and we can snack all we want, and have all the sodas for free. it doesnt help for a diet.
I'll update a bunch, participate in all the challenges, and not let this get the best of me.
