Cals burn to one pound weight loss??

Anyone know how there how many cals you need to burn to take off one lbs??? I see so many and how do you know this???

Fat is simply stored energy. Calories are energy. One lb of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories.

It doesn't always work so neat and clean though. Metabolism is not a stagnant concept.
 
I'm going on the trails again today what what :) and I'm going to eat diff today and see how this diet works out for me.... Damn I feel good nananannanana I new that I would nananananan ok im a loser I know
 
Well I have not lost any in a week but its cause of other things but I could use help I'm falling off the wegan I dont swim as much anymore but I do walk the trail like 4 times a day so thats about 1 and half hours of working or maybe one hour i have been working so hard but tomorrow im starting over with a new way but yes please do help what can you tell me is there a way i can be 270 by then??
 
well today was a good day but for the fact that i went to timmies and I alwas have to have something from there ( kick in the ass ) but I guess it was not that bad it was the chick wrap and I guess it's the least cal thing they have BUT then after my friend and I went for a 20 min walk PLUS I walked the trail 4 times today :) tomorrow back to the pool and trails GO ME I wanna take this off by july the 30 I mean LOL

Weight Myself Everyday To Keep On Track?

See I know people say don't weigh yourself everyday but if I look down and see that I addes a few lbs or stayed the same I work harder you know what I mean and that's how I have been doing it and I have lost 34 lbs so far... So I think I'm going to track this everyday so then I also have to track it so that makes me work even harder for my goal in July :)

:jump: I like that show. Some people work really hard, others don't and complain that they didn't do as well. I pretend I am on that show, that's why I have set my goal to lose 50 pounds in six months. I want to even do a mid-point weigh in. Ha Ha. I need to get out more.

Ok I have a Q I know weighing yourself everyday is wrong but it helps me get on track and work hard... but the scale for the last 3 days has been messed... I was bloading but my friened ( lol ) ended two days ago so it should be gone shouldnt? cause I go on the scale today and I was 311 then I get on it like 2 min latter ( after going to the bath room and i'm 313 ) could I still be bloaded??? someone anyone please help
 
I drink nothen but water like 6 b a day. I may have had one diet cok but i have been eating around 12000-15000 and not eating past 8 GRRRNESS
 
I'm guessing you mean 1200-1500? I weigh myself everyday , it works for some and not for others. If the scales not a digital make sure its balanced correctly ( set on zero) I had a bad week where I thought I was 5lbs heavier until I noticed it was unbalanced.
 
yes that is what i ment lol... and no mine shows the #'s lol...but still i'm upset i dont know if i'm still bloading or not cause well i'm the same weight i was through the hole thing this month but it's been over 2 going on 3 days now... i dont know if i can still be or not but i went and did 30 laps today and sat in the sauna now off to the trails... I hope I see some more changes soon
