9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? yes when i was 16 i lost 2 stone exercising everyday and restricting my diet, however im not sure i have such self discipline this time around
10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back? when i was thin i still believed i was fat, so either way i was never happy
11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work? i tried exercising everyday again but i couldnt get my diet right and while got very strong, did not lose weight

13. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? yes all the time, mostly curries

17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food? eat smaller portions, eat more veggies, eat less chocolate
