I don't mean to make your thread "sports talk central", but did you hear the new push NFL fans are making to get the Lions off of the traditional Thanksgiving Day game?? I say let everyone go through one game a year, what some of us experience every week of the entire season!! You know... share the love!!!! :D

So you would actually prefer to watch your Lions get their asses handed to them, year after year in a most humiating fashion while getting stress based indigestion after eating too much turkey?

No wonder you push yourself in your workouts. Youre a glutton for pain...

I had not heard of that, but I agree with you--let the whole nation suffer..lol. Of course, Karl also has a point. Why let Lions fans be humiliated on a national scale? Every Thanksgiving my family stuffs themselves, then watches the Lions lose. We usually drift off in a triptophan-induced slumber at some point though--helping to dull the pain. :nopity: :biggrinjester:

It is a long tradition, though. Perhaps we could make it a Detroit team that actually WINS who plays--like the Red Wings.

Yay! Michigan pulled off the upset over Minnesota! :party: Today their defense and offense played very well. If only they can keep it up. Oh how I'd lmao if they beat Ohio St...:smilielol5: Yeah, I know--in my dreams....They'll be lucky to knock off Northwestern next week. :rolleyes: But I'm enjoying this win since they are so few and far in between. :D

My fav is when I was 7 months and started havin' contractions..(real ones)
Once at the hospital and once they stopped them, they went ahead and did an extra exam and took more pics... Cory was sucking his thumb with his lil fingers curled at his nose. It is so precious!

JZ--Definitely no sunshine on Detroit's ass..lmao. We even got snow here last night to add to the coldness of it all. :ack2: I wonder if Culpepper is now wishing he'd stayed in retirement. :D

Just made an appt with a nurse-midwife for next Tuesday. I'm really looking forward to it. :)

Our childbirth classes start in less than a month.
 
Hello TWIN!!! yea, don't faint it's me again. LOL LOL Really it's me, I'm not kidding!! Now get up off the floor and pull yourself together!

I have to say, I'm pretty excited about my OU/SOONERS this year and even more happy my hubby's team Oklahoma State is doing good as well, YEAH OKLAHOMA! I've followed some Michigan games, but it seems I always catch the butt end of the games lately, I hate that!

Soooo classes coming soon huh?? That's pretty exciting. You will enjoy them, they are pretty informative. How much have you put on since the pregnancy?? are you craving anything right now?? I craved Tootsie Rolls, LOL LOL And I hated the smell of dirty dishes, LMAO!! I hope your pregnancy is going wonderfully, and I hope your not having any of those nasty morning sickness or heart burn, I was lucky and didn't have any issues, until the week of delivery, then I felt like a swelled up blow fish. LOL

Ummmm typo, hmmmmmm do I fess up to that one or not????? I don't know what happened to Michigan this season, did they lose some key players??? Kimberly give me the 411 on your team this year, I'm lost. Okay, I honestly still root for them when they are playing so does that count?? Hey who would have thought the OSU Cowboys would finally pull it together this year, I'm finally pleased they did. I still have to say I was thrilled when Texas got squashed by Texas Tech a few weeks ago, YIPPY SKIPPY! I was hoping they would do that. No offense to any Texas fans out there, they are all playing a great year of football I have to admit, if I was a Texas fan I would be proud of all the teams.

So Kimberly, is it friggen cold up there or what?????? It must be, because are weather has dropped about 35 degrees the past week, YIKES, today is cloudy and about 45 YUK!!! I miss spring already!!!
