Well that is just irritating about how the cake turned up in your trunk of all places! Sheesh, like would we ever "forget" about a cake we brought to work?! That's how these Hs stay so slender, they dont have that love for food like us LOL.
Your maintenance plan really does sound like a good idea. These few pounds have been really hard fought. Sounds like the body needs a break from dieting and all this exercise. Its worked before and it'll work again! You're such a consistent person and you have so very much to be proud of, no matter what the damn scale says. Dont forget too that you should be developing a bit of muscle tone, so that could account for at least a pound over all these weeks of exercising like a fiend.

I'm finally in the teens!!
After today's eating, I'm sure the scale will be back up over the weekend. I'm thinking about having a cheat day today, and then continuing to keep my nose to the grindstone with my eating. I am going to cut back on the exercise, though. There's going to be tons of it in the next challenge. So I think I will continue to eat right this week, and then if the scale doesn't budge again, I'll do a maintenance for the 1 week before the next challenge.
