Not a bad day today. My calories are back within reason.
I was supposed to take Granny to a doctor's appt this afternoon, and completely forgot about it. Luckily she called me 40min before her appt. Still, her house is 15-20min away, and her doc another 20 min from her house. I was out the door within 5 min of her call, and we pulled up to the doc's right on the dot.

shew! I was rather impressed with myself. Ha! I felt terrible about forgetting. Afterwards, we stopped for lunch. I had a half a grilled chicken wrap and a cup of veg beef soup.
We are getting a snow/ice storm atm. H might not have to work tomorrow, and I may skip my morning sales meeting if the roads are bad again.
