BikiniBound's Diary

I'm stuck here at the office from 9-1pm today, and at 11:30 the phone rang for the first time. It was a woman (with major attitude from the get go) saying she was interested in learning about the prices and market conditions in her area and wondered what our services were. She then said she noticed there were a bunch of houses for sale in her area, and she wondered why and for how much they were selling for. As I was trying to see how much she already knew about this, she said, "Nevermind, I guess you're not the right person to talk to about this." WTF?? I had a 1min conversation with her. I would've been perfectly able to tell her everything she wanted to know if she had shut up and listened. Clearly she is someone I don't want to work with anyway. There is no point in me giving out free info to assholes who don't deserve it. :cuss: The phone rang again a few minutes later, and I thought it might be her again b/c I kinda hung up on her. :smilielol5: But it was just a telemarketer recording.

It's nearly 1pm now. I can actually leave right now if I want to b/c my replacement just walked in. Yeah, I was telling another realtor here about that call, and she just rolled her eyes. I know a lot of realtors are clueless, but I am not one of them. :coolgleamA:

I hope that your grandmother's choice of fish was nice. Our trout was nice.

Some people are always abrasive - and they never learn that it is not the best attitude for getting what you want. I hate having anything to do with people like that (people are apt to learn about the rottweiler side to my temperament and I hate it when I go into that mode). Well done for not letting it spoil your day.

I hope that changing gyms gets things moved up a notch for you. You are not the only one prevaricating about such matters - I have my free classes still to go to in order to make my mind up about that gym near here.

I hope that Saturday continues well for you

Take care

Salmon it is tonight--Granny's choice. :)

I had a fairly productive afternoon. After leaving the office, I went to return some shoes that H bought me for Christmas. I got a new pair of tennis shoes instead. My current ones are about worn out--which I guess is a good sign that I'm exercising. :D The new ones are nearly identical to the old ones, and are very comfortable. Then I went to Office Max and got H and I both some pocket planners that we both wanted and made some very nice color copies on linen paper for my open house tomorrow afternoon.

I'm a bit worried about that, though, as the high is only meant to be 7F/-13C brrr...and we're meant to get 2-4 inches of snow overnight, and another inch during the day tomorrow. Plus (if that wasn't enough), it's supposed to be very windy--wind gusts up to 40-50mph!! I'm afraid the power will go out like it did last year when we dogsat here. :ack2: At the very least, there will be blowing and drifting of snow--making things fun do drive in and put my open house signs out in. Oh joy.

I am currently dogsitting, and pleased that I am able to hook up to their dsl line on my laptop. :hurray:

Dinner with Granny went well. The salmon was yummy! She finished her entire plate. Then we played yahtzee and she jabbered on and on like she does..lol. But I'll miss it when she's gone. I drove her home a half hour ago, and the roads were already bad. It's blowing more than snowing atm, but it's making the snow drift across the roads. I had to make a running start to get out of her driveway..lol.

I was going to do some exercise tonight, but I'm too pooped. I only got 4-5hrs of sleep last night, and was busy all day. Maybe I'll get a second wind.

I forgot to bring my scale with me, and they do not have one here. :cuss: I have to stop home tomorrow anyway, so I'll grab mine then.

Whats up BB? Long time no see. ;)

You enjoy the super bowl?

The commercials this year were mostly disappointing to me. The game was great, though!

Where the hell have you been? :biggrinjester: It's funny you dropped in today, bc I was just talking about you earlier. There is another Trevor from Texas here, just 1yr older than you. What is up with cute Texans named Trevor?? lol So how are ya, sweetie? How's life as a senior?

I actually didn't watch the superbowl b/c I figured the Pats would blow out the Giants and I didn't wanna see it..lol. LIttle did I know...That was pretty cool. I saw some replays later on. Great stuff!

I did watch the commercials the next day. I agree, most of them were pretty disappointing.

Don't be such a stranger! :)

Ehh, Another Trevor?Competition? Hmm, I live just outside Austin. Never known another Texan with MY name before.

Thats alright, I'm still your "Heritzer" or "hastalis"? Uhh, what was that thing you called me again? Started with an 'H' I believe...Had something to do with the middle east and sex slaves? I don't remember. ;)

Not surprising you were talking about me. I know I'm always on your mind.;)

Its fine, I just cant wait to get out and start college. College women are just so far more attractive than high school girls.
Highschool has simply become so mundane and dull. I'm ready to move on to bigger and better things.

I did like the justin timberlake commercial, though. The whole thing, however, not the little striped down version they played after the super bowl.

The game was one of the best I have seen in a LOOOONGGG time. Hell, even won 150bucks off of it. ;)

Lets see what else is new? My sister wants me to become a cop really bad for some reason? I have a great respect for cops and even thought about doing that when I was younger, however. I'm far to interested in all things medical to ride around in a cop car all day. ;) She doesn't understand this for some reason.

Speaking of medical I'm going to be getting a new anatomy text that weighs around 10pounds! lol

No kidding? This Trevor is going to school in Austin. I believe he's a Longhorn.

Aww...you are too cute. It's my harem, and you are a harem hottie. :biggrinjester:

Ah yes. I fantasize about you every night when I'm trying to go to sleep. ;)

College was a blast for me. I loved it. Ah..those were the days. But you know, women in their 30s is where it's at. We are very comfortable in our own skin, wiser and in our sexual prime. :biggrinjester:

I liked that one, too. But still, I think if that's the best one, well, the others pretty much sucked. There was a funny one with Dwayne Wade and Charles Barkley, I think.

Wow! Congrats! What a risky gambler you are!! Very ballsy. :D

Being a cop is dangerous. I'm surprised your sis would be so gung ho for you to be in the line of danger. Is she older or younger than you? Anyway, if medicine is the field you want to study, you've gotta pursue your dreams and do what you love. :)

Speaking of medical I'm going to be getting a new anatomy text that weighs around 10pounds! lol

 Who needs dumb bells when they can use your new anatomy book instead. You can do bicep curls and study at the same time.

Well, time for bed. I'm off to go fantasize about my long, lost harem hottie. ;)

One last post before bed.

Exercise this week:
2/4—none, weight: 222
2/5—1hr circuit training, 30 min bike, 10.18 miles, weight: 222
2/6—30 min exercise bike, 10.2 miles, weight: 221 (new low)
2/7—60 min circuit training, weight: 220.5 (new low)
2/8—30 min bike, 10.53 miles, weight: 221
2/9—None, weight: 221.5

Sat calories: 1,691, sodium: 1,681mg

I made an attempt to do a Turbo Jam DVD tonight, but there was a glitch. The pair of sweats I brought with me are ones that I rediscovered in my closet last night. I haven't worn them in years, and now I remember why--they fall down all the frickin' time. I was trying to exercise, and I kept having to hike up my pants that were sliding off my hips. There is no drawstring in the waist, and I couldn't find a safety pin for the life of me. So, I gave up after about 3 or 4 minutes. I will get a few pairs of pants that don't slide down tomorrow. :D So now I really have to exercise my arse off in the next 5 days to get in all my challenge pts. :ack2: Poor, poor, Kimberly..lmao.

G'night everyone.

nothing like a good distraction to keep ya from exercising! don't ya hate that!!

you're an exercise machine, girl! we are gonna see you on Oprah someday!!!

Hi Kimberly

I am pleased that you enjoyed the salmon. Its a shame that you havent got your scales. You might have got a new low first thing in the morning after eating salmon. It's funny how fiish and scales go together!

If you have an open house Sunday afternoon - that is going to take up your exercise time. I am even more sympathetic about how you are going to get that exercise in. When I commented in my diary - I thought that you had a chance of getting some done today. That is tough because I know that you like to get those points.

I am pleased that you got some new gym shoes. I need some more too - but never get round to getting to shops that sell that kind of thing. I cannot wear the design of gym shoes that Tescos do. If our local shops dont sell something I tend to wait until the next Newcastle trip.

I am surprised that you were put off by your trousers falling down. When a young child at school - if you didnt have your kit you were told to do it in your knickers. It seems that when in the house and outer attire is inconvenient - that would be a reasonable solution. It isnt like anyone would see you that has not seen you in a state of undress before!

I hope that you have found a buyer for the house and made lots of money.

Take care
Love
Margaret

I'm the other Trevor from Texas man!

You live right outside Austin? I'm from Pflugerville, a little north of Austin and i graduated in 2006. What School do you go to?

Sorry for making small talk in your Journal Kimberly!

Small talk away! The pervert in me is already imagining a Texas Trevor 3 some....hahahaha. :svengo:

If I ever end up on Oprah, it won't be for exercising, it'll be for molesting 18-19yr olds named Trevor..lmao. :biggrinjester: I'm such a dirty almost old lady. :D

OH, and for a minute there, I thought Sawyer had come to visit me. :drool5:

I will exercise tonight after the OH--don't worry. I have got to get more in!

I got Nike ViewII walking shoes. They are very comfortable. They're white with a bit of light blue on them. Only $30! Regularly $50.

It seems that when in the house and outer attire is inconvenient - that would be a reasonable solution. It isnt like anyone would see you that has not seen you in a state of undress before!

I thoguht about just doing it in my underwear, but I just feel weird doing that for some reason. Don't ask me why! I'm not like Rena who parades around her house in the nude all the time. I guess I'm weird.

I hope that you have found a buyer for the house and made lots of money.
That would be wonderful, but it's unlikely. I think the weather will put most people off. It's currently 0F/-18C out, plus it's very windy and the roads aren't that great. I'll be lucky if anyone does come through. HOwever, if anyone does come, you can be sure they won't be looking for decorating ideas--they'll be serious house hunters. :)

This is why i Love Texas. Its a chilly 70 degrees today!! i better not forget the coat ;)
