The first one I've been doing a lot lately. It's 32min long, and all resistance/strength training. The second one is 48 minutes long, and is mostly cardio. And let me say--that thing kicks my ass. I only did the first 18 minutes of it.

It wasn't that hard b/c I had to study a language as part of the IS major. I took Spanish, German and Japanese (a semester each) while in college, also. Just don't ask me to sprechen any Deutsch! lol
Spanish is far more useful than French in this country. It's a good idea to study it.
Women's history is part of it, but it's mainly about women's issues.
I was going to have H take them on Saturday, but I got busy and was just too tired to be bothered. Then yesterday was similar, and he wasn't feeling well. They are on my agenda for today, though. However, it they turn out hideous, I will not be posting them.
