BikiniBound's Diary

I hope Scalentino is good to ya . He sure went down on you big time last week :D
Great job with the calories and exercise. I think it'll pay off for you in this challenge.
I hope you have a great weekend !:pumpkin::conehead::pumpkin:

That would be a good thread: "What gender is YOUR scale". Mine is female and I've stolen her name from MGG or BB or whoever came up with the name "Scalena". LOL

I'd gnaw right the fuck through it.

Well, if it's worth getting at ... that is.

LMAO!! Well, Steve--is it worth getting at?? :biggrinjester:

Nah... you're all good. Your calories seem really good actually.. (then again, my ass eats ~300-400 cals more HA!) Just be patient and you'll see a loss on the scale, honey. Btw... I saw some Turbo Jam tossed in them workouts, little lady. Can you youtube that shit to me? Mrawl! :D

Being that you exercise 2-3 times as much as I do, you should be eating more calories, silly. Trust me, there would be nothing sexy about a video of me doing Turbo Jam. You'd be laughing your ass off--I'm really bad at it. :biggrinjester:

Hahahaa! I had to double take on this comment. I read it and said, "Damn... I knew Kimberly was kinkier than she's been pretending to be." HA! May you spend a good hour on the shitter today. Love you!

Sex in the bathroom, I know you've done it. There's no way you haven't had shower sex. Well, after I'd weighed myself and had breakfast today, I finally got some bathroom action. I'd bet money that I would've hit a new low today if I'd held off on breakfast. Oh well. If I'm good today, I should see a new low tomorrow. :svengo: I was 222.5 today, so I'm back to where I started.

Hello from a stranger!

Happy New Year....Im back (apologies for the absence)

Hi Sara! How are you? I wondered where you disppeared to. I'm glad you're back! How's sunny Australia? I've been watching the Aussie Open a lot this week.

Yes, the usual banter is still here, although it waned a bit while Sheryl was in Hawaii for a month. I think I feed off her pervertedness...like a vampire...hahaha

If it's action in the bathroom that you are looking for - are you sure that you are drinking enough water.

Despite eating half the fruit, veg and cereal in England on a regular basis last year - I got terrible constipation. My doctor (who is far from perfect) told me to up my intake of water. I thought that I was pretty good but wasnt getting 2 litres of water every day. She also told me to take laxatives if I wasnt "going". Anyway I do not want to be a person losing weight that takes laxatives all the time so I preferred to keep my raisin consumption nice and high too.

It might sort itself out naturally now that you are becoming less fibre aware (or at least not doing it for points!).

While I'm not drinking water in excess, I do believe I'm drinking a couple of litres or more a day.

No new low today, but thanks for your well wishes..lol. You have a great weekend, too. :)

regular water consumption helps out immensely with regularity - though fiber takes a little bit of time for it to work on regularity if you haven't been getting normal amounts of fiber in your diet...

I think I'm agreeing with Allyphoe. I believe the weight you gained around the xmas holidays included a bit of actual fat, not water. And now you've lost that fat. Even though it doesn't count double when you calculate how many pounds you've lost since the start, the fact is that most of us on here hit a snag during xmas, eating our chocolates and cookies with relative abandon. However, many of us only gained a few pounds at most, so were were ahead of the game when you look at the amount most Americans put on during the season. But despite all this double losing, Allypoe is still right about the percentage lost in the last two weeks, which means you're doing everything right and no need to question what you did wrong. YOU'RE DOING GREAT STAR :)!

luv, c

I'm sure some of that 5lbs was fat, but I guess I'm just sick of not hitting a new low. Ok, now I'm whining..lol. Whatever. It is what it is. There's always next week. But I've been eating a lot today. :banghead: And high sodium crap, too. I was craving all that stuff last night, but didn't eat it b/c of the weigh in this morning. Now that the weigh in's done, I guess I am treating myself for not losing anything this week. Wha wha wha wha Suck it up BB! :D

Like I said, I'm not dehydrated. My urine is almost always clear. I drink a lot of fluids over the course of most days. I also eat decent amounts of fiber--even when it's not the challenge bonus. :D I did have 2 small bm's yesterday, but I knew I wasn't cleaned out. TMI, I know. Anyway, it happened today, just after I'd weighed and had breakfast, coffee and water. So I knew there wasn't any point in weighing myself again. I'm always up a few lbs after eating and drinking.

hey feel free to take my toilet action whenever you need to. i am getting far too much of it anyway lol! maybe thats why i'm seeing the scale move hmmm.....

have a good weekend!

;-)

Since you finally got your "kinky bathroom action" I hope the scale is down for you in the morning! (Too late for weigh in, I know, but at least you'll hit that low!)

I don't think it will be b/c I ate A LOT today. :ack2: But who knows in the crazy world of weight loss...:sifone:

Exercise this week:
1/14—55min circuit training, 10min treadmill, 5 min stretching, weight: 225
1/15—55min circuit training, 15 min bike, 5.4 miles, weight: 224.5
1/16—38 min exercise bike, 13.22 miles, weight: 223
1/17—32 min ST Turbo Jam, weight: 223.5
1/18—30 min exercise bike, 10.38 miles, weight: 222.5

Friday's food: 3,322 calories :ack2:

I went on a bit of an eating binge today. So I doubt tomorrow will bring a new low..hahaha. Oh well. I enjoyed the food.

I should be in bed, but there's a really good tennis match on. Sometimes I wish I wasn't such a sports nut. I wish I played more than I watch. :sifone: But I suck at sports, so I don't play much at all.

I did do 4 loads of laundry and went grocery shopping, so I did get in a little bit extra there, although I'm not counting it for the challenge.

As Scarlet O'Hara said, "Tomorrow is another day." haha I will keep my calories under 1800, and get in 1hr of exercise.

My new avi is a pic of a lighthouse in Ludington. I love to walk out to it. It's a little over a mile there and back. The views of Lake Michigan are gorgeous, and the city beach is just to the right of it. It's a beautiful beach. When I'm out at that lighthouse looking out across the lake, I always feel happy and at peace. It's about 1.5hrs from my house, and I try to get there at least once or twice a year.

I've had exactly the same problem the last week or two. I drink my liter bottle of water 2-3 times a day, get plenty of fiber even without any particular reason, lots of exercise, and am still constipated. No clue why.

This too shall pass. So to speak. ;)

I too went on a bit of a binge with it just ending this morning. It is not so very often that I can take my kids out to eat just the 2 of them. So this morning I took them to a place here in town called Maria's House of Pancakes.
From the name alone you can gather how many calories the place has running thru it! LOL
But really the only thing I ate was my toast (forgot to ask for it dry) and my crispy hashbrowns. The kids on the other hand split a Belgian Waffle loaded with strawberries, whip cream and chocolate chips.
Of course they told me that I was the best mom in the world! Who couldn't be with action like that!

When I lived up in K-zoo we would make trips out to the Lake. I loved the beaches and the light houses. I think that my favorite is from Michigan City. Or maybe it was the one in Benton Harbor. I can never remember. LOL
I'll be thinking of you getting in your hour of exercise while I put in my hour on the elliptical.
Have a great weekend!

Hi Kimberly

Congratulations - I see that you continue to be in the lead of the black team. That is great.

I am sorry that you went on an eating binge. I am glad that you enjoyed the food. Thankfully I binge quite rarely - and I rarely actually enjoy the food.

You will exercise off those extra calories in no time. Dont give them another thought.

On Friday night we all probably ate stuff that we wouldnt eat the day before a challenge weighing. I had some spicy pasta so my weight is up today - but I knew that would happen. I wouldnt eat that on a Wednesday or Thursday night (more likely to have salmon!)

As far as the bathroom is concerned (I know that the recent event is resolved) - I did mention that I found that I was still liable to problems (if I dont eat raisins) which is why I like to keep my raisin consumption nice and high. They are quite high in calories, but if you get another similar episode it might be worth having some raisins.

I hope that Saturday is going well for you.

Take care
Love
Margaret
