48g of fibre is great. You had more fibre than me! I doubt that either of us will resort to supplements to get our fibre eaten!

I am pleased to hear of the commission in the pipeline for you! A little extra money is always most welcome - especially not long after Christmas.

Thanks Margaret! After yesterday's indiscretions, I was 224.5 today. :ack2: Got in 25g of fiber exactly today, and 1802 calories--which is much better than yesterday. I even had some pizza for dinner. Had a yummy chicken stirfry for lunch that was loaded with veggies and fiber. :D I think this fiber challenge should be pretty easy for us to do without the aid of supplements.

Tyly and Amy--Thanks for stopping by and congratulating me. It was my goal to lose those 5lbs I'd gained over the holidays, and so it was good to get back to my old low. :)

Yes, it's always good to get paid. :sifone:

I know that you keep up the exercise (Mrs top of the black team) and with eating like that you will be under 222.5 (not just back to it) any day. We all have days with a few indiscretions. Look at mine on the Sunday before Christmas!

That chicken stirfry sounds so good. I havent had one in a week. All I can say is thank goodness for fry light (spray oil 1 cal a squirt) - I really do enjoy a chicken stir fry.

Neither should you woman! When are we going to see the pics? Just a recent face shot will do..we dont need to see a pic of you in a bikini yet, where you're bound by this summer I'm starting to think.

I don't know, the scale was up to 225lbs today--I've already put 2.5lbs back on. Although I know it cannot be fat--there's no way I've eaten 8,750 more calories than I've expended in the last 2 days b/c I've only eaten 4,200 calories during that time..lol. Probably due to sodium induced water retention, b/c I highly doubt it's a lack of fiber. ;)

You probably wouldn't like my stirfry b/c it has Indian Biryani paste, Thai red curry paste and cayenne pepper in it. :sifone: I had the leftovers for lunch today. Yummy!

Thanks, Tammy. It's been a pretty relaxing weekend. I think I'll do fine in the exercise/fiber area, but I'm a little worried about the weight this week.

Well, I'm not so sure about this week. I think most people will get the max fiber pts and everyone kicked ass with the exercise--far more than I expected. If my weight doesn't improve, I could be on the outs. :cry:

I'm not taking anything for granted.
