BikiniBound's Diary

Well, I'm not so sure about this week. I think most people will get the max fiber pts and everyone kicked ass with the exercise--far more than I expected. If my weight doesn't improve, I could be on the outs.

I'm not taking anything for granted.

God.... You know, I'm glad I didn't sign up for that Biggest Loser Challenge. If I got ousted, I'd probably cry and gorge on a gallon of ice cream. I don't take rejection all too well. ;) hahaaa! Drink water to cleanse out all that sodium, girlfriend! I'm going to have to check out those BL threads. Lurve yas, pervy perv.

OH please! You would've kicked ass at this challenge. YOu'd easily get in your max exercise pts, and I know you can get in 25g of fiber easily miss-i-shit-4-times-a-day! :D And, you drop weight like nobody's business. You'd have done just fine.

Do check out the BL threads, but I'd stay away from the BS and BM threads. :smilielol5: Nah, you'd like those the best.

I don't know, the scale was up to 225lbs today--I've already put 2.5lbs back on. Although I know it cannot be fat--there's no way I've eaten 8,750 more calories than I've expended in the last 2 days b/c I've only eaten 4,200 calories during that time..lol. Probably due to sodium induced water retention, b/c I highly doubt it's a lack of fiber. ;)

You probably wouldn't like my stirfry b/c it has Indian Biryani paste, Thai red curry paste and cayenne pepper in it. :sifone: I had the leftovers for lunch today. Yummy!

I actually do like spicy food - the last time I had some was over a week ago in a chicken stir fry that I had with pasta. My weight went up the next day - although I did expect it to. I mentioned in Auburn's diary - my weight goes up when I have spicy things. I dont fully avoid spicy things - but I do try to avoid them just before a challenge weighing. Everyone talks of sodium - but spices tend to also do it every time for me. Maybe spicy marinades and sauces contain a lot of sodium? I sometimes buy meat already marinaded so it is sometimes hard to say.

It could be the marinade. I use a paste that has 170mg per teaspoon, so it's not too bad. My sodium yesterday was around 2700mg--which is pretty high. The bulk of it came from the pizza I had for dinner last night. :ack2:

Howdy Kimberly,
Your doing awesome and koodo's on the spicey
foods I can't handle all the spice, all tho I have grown to like this
peeper blend that does spice things up like veggies and chicken.
Hope you have a nice day Tammy

Spice was an acquired taste for me. I didn't really eat much of it until I went to Korea where just about everything's spicy. I gradually started liking it more and more. :)

Had a good exercise day finally. I've got 3.5hrs to exercise in the next 4 days in order to get all my challenge pts.

Currently watching the Aussie Open in H's hometown of Melbourne. It's 2am here, and 6pm Monday there. Any tennis fans out there? H and I went to it back in 2001 and watched Venus Williams play.

Here's wishing everyone a wonderful week. :beerchug:

Very low calories - I hope that you werent hungry on that! I suspect that I might be.

I have every faith that you will get your exercise done - those exercise points are so easy it is like money in the bank - you dont want to miss out on any of them. I am sure that you will have been drinking a lot of water too to try and get rid of that water.

Have a wonderful week yourself.

You are definitely a night owl. Up at 1am posting, geez!

You are really doing well with this week's bonus as well as last week's. I have been lagging on the bonus but will get my ass into gear today. How's your weight today? DId you flush all the water retention away?

Actually I like the calories your getting and look you got in your fiber too, OH YEAH!! your going to slam dunk this week NO PROBLEM!

So did you get paid on that sell yet?? I sure hope so, you've earned every penny missy and I hope you spend it on yourself. LOL LOL

I'm getting ready for my aunt flo visit any day or hour now, OIY I hate the wait, but at the same time, I can't wait for it to get here and be gone! If it comes before Wed morning, it should leave me with a good weigh in for Friday.

Did you have a good weekend?? I sure hope so!
Hugs
Kim

Just to show you how stupid I am!!!!!..........:biggrinjester:
I read your post on our week 2 bonus challenge wrong.
I thought it said 45grams of fiber! Not 25.
And of course I have been struggling all weekend to get all that fiber in. LOL:smilielol5::smilielol5::smilielol5:
Needless to say.........I got the 1st 3 1/2 days of this bonus in the bag!
DUH!!
Good thing I went back and double checked it. :svengo:

Not too hungry. I will get the exercise done--not worried about that. Water-wise, I'm not drinking tons of it, but I am drinking a sufficient amount, I would guess--I've been pissing all day...lol.

1am is nothing. I didn't get to bed until 3:30am last night.

God, no! I wish! That isn't even close to closing yet. We just got an answer from the bank that holds the mortgage that they'll take the loss, so our offer is accepted. I don't even have final signatures yet, title work has to be ordered and delivered, inspections have to be done, the mortgage process (for the buyer) hasn't even started yet. I won't get paid until around the first or 2nd week of Feb...lol. And I would love to spend it on myself, but there are more pressing things that it will go for. Well, half of it will go to paying my annual real estate association dues. :ack2:

MissJellyBelly: Wow, your exercise rocked last week!! Get it girl!

Thanks for stopping by! I have to exercise that much because of the challenge I'm doing. Well, I don't have to, but I want to get the max pts..lol.

OMG!! That had me cracking up!! :rotflmao: I'm glad you realized your mistake. I'm sure you've been in the bathroom much more than usual. :rotflmao:

Exercise this week:
1/14—55min circuit training, 10min treadmill, 5 min stretching, weight: 225 (again :( )

I really worked it at the gym tonight--1hr 10min total. Calories were 1,618 with 25g of fiber. I've just gotten it in the last few days. In the evening I basically see how many more grams I need, and then figure out what will give me 25g without going over on my calories..lol. Two days in a row it's been oranges. :D

My weight was still at 225 this morning, so that is annoying. But tomorrow better be different. I mean, exercising for 2hr 10min in the last two days and eating just over 1600 calories both days ought to make it go down. :cuss:

Tuesday is the Michigan Primary, so I get to vote for Hillary. :D And then I hope the freakin' phone stops ringing. I would guess we had at least 5 political phone calls today. I swear, if Mitt Romney calls one more time....I'm going to Massachusetts to wring his neck. This is what we all have to look forward to all of October--endless phone calls from political campaigns. :ack2:

I'm sitting here watching the Aussie Open tennis again, and can I just say that, Goddamn, does James Blake ever have a fine ass!! I would like to get my hands on that muthafacka. :drool5:

:D

Hi Kimberly

I am pleased that you werent hungry. I still like to have a mountain of food. My fibre keeps being so far over 25 it is silly. I am nearer Bellaryna's level than 25.

I was surprised to see that you get lots of phone calls from canvassers. We never get that come election time. We do however get a million leaflets pushed through the front door and lots of people turning up on the doorstep wanting to chat.

Take care
Love
Margaret

I have struggled to get 25g..lol. I got 48g a few days ago, and haven't even come close since. So far I've got 12g, and a little over 700calories, so I shouldn't have too much trouble getting in 25g today.

Thank God they don't come knocking on our door! That would drive me up the wall worse than the phone calls. But the incessant ringing is getting on my last nerve. Oh, that reminds me, I have to go vote today..lol. I will do it later on, on my way to the gym. We do get the leaflets--often mailings. Funny thing is, I am a registerd Democrat, and got a mailing from John McCain (who is a Republican) the other day touting his anti-choice stance, and that he is endorsed by Right to Life. Well, as I'm pro-choice, it actually made me less likely to vote for him, not that I planned on it anyway. But I thought that was kinda funny, especially as I haven't gotten a thing from the Democrats.

Weight was 224.5 today. That's down from 225 yesterday, but still higher than my ticker weight. I'm annoyed b/c I've been soooo good with eating and exercise the last few days, and this extra weight doesn't seem to want to move. Although, I am consoling myself today with the thought that I weighed myself about 4hrs earlier than I normally do, so that might have something to do with it. Had I weighed in later, it would have given my body more time to burn fat/digest food, get rid of water..lol. I had to get up 4-5hrs earlier than I normally do today. :nopity:

That makes sense! On the weekends I will weigh in when I first wake up to pee at like 5 or 6, then I'll weigh again later when I get up for good, and that weight is always a few ounces lighter! I've often wondered why that was!

Have fun voting! :patriot:

I'm in the same boat as you, girl. But then again, that's what happens when we're a bunch of impatient bitches, right? HA! Give it a week and I'm sure you'll see a drop in pounds, darling. Btw... good on you for getting in all that fiber, my naturally cleansed colon cutie you. HA!!! Love yas...
