BikiniBound's Diary

You're kickin some ass after the holidays! :D Way to go girl!

Thanks! I give all the credit to the challenge b/c my competitive nature needed it to get me back on track.

I went for a 45-min/3 mile walk a bit ago. I was gonna do 1h/4 miles, but it was so damn windy out that I cut it short. I'll get on my bike for 15min to get in the rest of the hour. That'll make 5hrs for the week.

I did the first 2 miles in 28 minutes, so I slowed my pace down a bit for the last mile so I wouldn't have to get on my bike as long. Aren't I silly? :) Still, it was a good workout, and I feel really good after doing it. I haven't walked outside in months due to the weather up here.

hey well done with the food and the excercise! sounds like you have good weather! can't wait for the summer!

keep up the good work!

;-)

Thanks!

The weather was good earlier, but now it's cloudy and windy. We're supposed to get rain tonight--maybe some light storms. The mercury is dropping, too--38F/3C.

I need to get my ass to the supermarket! :ack2:

There once was this broad named Kimberly,
who men could only dream of having as a wife.
She then realized that most men are pigs
and is now all about munching "rug" for life.

She travelled near and far to find that perfect girl
from airport to train station.
Her lucky day came about when she met
a big tittied Asian.

Now this woman that I speak of,
she can break a man into a boy.
She'll tie you down and beat your ass,
into her own personal submissive toy.

Now all you straight woman,
you aren't in the clear when this Asian Diva's around.
She'll make you purr and hit the floor
like no other man can get down.

I'm baaaaccccccccck, mami. ;) Let the Perversion BEGIN!!!!!!!

LMAO!! Oh, how I've missed you! I am soooo happy you're back.

Thank God you're back!
Even if you're whack,
You've got a huge rack,
And hair that is black.
Can't wait to get you into the sack.
Your fine ghetto crack
I'm gonna attack,
Have snatch for a snack,
And give it a smack.
When I'm done you'll need an ice pack.

For some odd reason... I read your little poem here and amazingly ended up naked! WOW! Now that's some superhero powers right there, my friend! LMAO I missed you, lovely! Glad to be back.

I am sorry that the snow is back. Walking in the pouring rain is bad enough - but snow is horrible. I am glad that we havent had worst than frosty/icy mornings so far here. I dont blame you for not wanting to walk in the snow.

You are being so good with your calories and exercise - I hope that you get back to your low weight (or below it).

Super Awesome Job!

:jump:

Even if I don't make it to round 2/week 2 in the challenge, the Bally's Pass is going to inspire me and help me so much!

I can't wait for Tuesday to get here!

Have A Great Friday & Weekend Precious! :hug2:

Thanks Paul, Margaret and Stacy! I lost 5 lbs this week--I'm back to my low of 222.5 this morning.

Paul, if your cold was the result of making out with me, it would be well worth it...:smilielol5: But since it wasn't, you have my sympathy. :D If it's any consolation, the headcold only lasted about 4 days.
