I've been in bed all day with chills and a general achy feeling. I've also slept a lot--which is probably a good thing since I am sure I needed it. I haven't eaten anything today, just been drinking tea and water. I have no appetite, and no energy whatsoever.
Sounds like a fun trip. Its nice that you and H are getting along over the Holiday season.
Like you and seemingly everyone else around here, I haven't been worrying about what I've been eating either. Ha ha its sure to catch up with us but we'll swiftly get it in check in the new year.
Wishing you the very best in 2008!
Hi Kimberly
I am sorry that you are so unwell - but I am sure that the day of hardly eating will reduce the impact of the splurge on your weight. If you can bring yourself to do some exercise that seems to always help sort it out too. Tyly was concerned at some splurge pounds a couple of days ago and it pretty much sorted itself out in little more than a day of being back on track. You will be the same and the day of hardly eating will help. It is not a healthy dietary approach - but if you are ill and cannot bring yourself to eat you may as well accept the side-effects if they are of benefit to you.
Feel better soon.
Take care
Love
Margaret
