I can't believe Hart's fumbled TWICE!! But does not Manningham rock? Even that Florida defender went over to the sideline to tell him he was damn good after that play he ran all over on. God I love my Wolverines!!

Oops! People spell my name wrong, too--Kimberley--especially Brits and Aussies b/c they add that "E" there. My in-laws still spell it wrong after all these years. Oh well, I don't mind.

Don't feel bad. We had an agent in my office for about 5yrs and almost everyone mispronounced his name. I was one of the few who didn't. That always annoyed the hell out of me.

I feel so stupid! I changed my pick last night ! I had picked Michigan but I figured I'd better change it to try and catch up on points against you two. Boy I screwed up! I was happy to see the Gators go down though.
That makes two of us! I had picked Mich to win just out of loyalty, even though I thought for sure they'd lose. Then I thought, why lose a bunch of pts out of loyalty. What a difference a healthy Hart and Henne makes, eh?
I'm watching your Dawgs kick the Warriors. Watching the UGA band at halftime. I'll bet you are too.

12/26—10 min exercise bike, 20 treadmill, 5 min weights, 25 min swimming
12/27—None
12/28—30 min treadmill, 2 miles
12/29—20 min walk, 1 mile
12/30—None
Total for week: 140min exercised
Not great, but it was the holidays and I was out of town. And I slacked off.
Tonight I got gas (for my car) and when I went inside to pay, the young guy behind the counter said, "I can do you over here." Yeah, it was very hard not to make some pervy comeback.

I hope that you are feeling a bit better. You sounded a bit better - or was it just the excitement of the football diverting your attention from how you felt (that can sometimes happen if you get caught up in something).
Keep taking the echinacea (I swear I havent stopped in over a month even though some people say to only take it for no more than 14 days at a time). Every time I think - "should I stop taking this" - someone starts to sniffle and I think "not yet".
I was relieved to get signed up for the new challenge. I had visions of all the slots getting taken while I slept.
Are you back at work now? Hubby has just gone back to work today (2nd).

Hi Margaret,
I am feeling better in the sense that I don't have chills and an achy feeling anymore. My nose is still stuffed and running, however. So I'm feeling quite a bit better.
The only echincea I have is in the form of those cough drops I was taking. Now that I'm done coughing, I've stopped taking them. Normally, I rarely get sick, and have a pretty good immune system. I also eat tons of oranges this time of year, so I think that helps. I think the reason I came down with this cold is b/c of the severe lack of sleep I had for about 4 days straight. I know a lot of people survive on 4-6hrs every night, but I am not one of those kinds of people. I need my 8hrs, and feel terrible if I don't get it.
I'm glad you got signed up. There are still at least 3 spots left for people with more than 20 posts. Several people who signed up don't have the minimum posts, so if someone with more wants to join, I'll take them over a newbie who's likely to disappear, never to return...lol.
H doesn't go back to work until the 7th, and I have office duty at 5 today. This is typically a very quiet time of year for me, as most people don't want to move during winter/the holidays. Things usually start picking up in Feb.
I take it your hubby's gout is doing better if he's back to work today.
I finally got up the nerve to get on Scalentino today. I was pleased to see 226lbs. That is pretty much what I weighed right before Christmas. The last time I weighed myself was Dec. 22nd--225.5lbs. I'm still up 3.5lbs from my lowest of 222.5 on Dec. 11th, but I was afraid I'd be much closer to 230.
