BikiniBound's Diary

LOL@cuckoo that fell into the nest! You are not cuckoo--you are just different--variety's the spice of life. :)

My mom getting on the computer isn't going to happen because her poor eyesight makes it too difficult for her to see what's on a screen. I think that if she really wanted to lose weight, she could. At this point, I honestly believe that eating as much as she wants of whatever she wants is more important to her than losing weight. Both my dad and I have told her she would feel so much better if she'd cut back on her eating--and as we are both losing weight now, we're great support. But, sadly, she shows absolutely no interest in it. I wish she would find a new hobby, but there is so little she can do that doesn't require physical activity or decent eyesight. Even with her glasses on, she cannot read a newspaper without her magnifying glass.

Pumpkin pie is yummy. It's basically canned pumpkin, milk, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. If one used skim milk and a sugar substitute, it wouldn't be all that fattening--aside from the crust. :) Hmmm...that could be a good snack--just mix up the filling and not use a crust.....I just might be on to something here. :D

Ooooh---it got even colder last night. Right before I went to bed it was 0.7 degrees F. When I left home at 9am this morning it was still only 9.5 degrees out. Rock salt doesn't have any effect on the roads when the temp gets below 17F, so needless to say, our road is still crappy. Is anyone else out there suffering in the cold---or am I the only one? I'm sure there must be some other people in the North on here freezing their asses off like me. :D

Well, the next step is they email me and tell me when I can take the written exam. I don't know if I'll be able to do it this month. The testing window is the first week of December, and it's a first come, first serve basis. There are 5,000 spots for that week. If I don't get in, then I'll have to wait until the first week of March--which is when my birthday is. Wouldn't that just figure I might be spending my birthday taking the FS exam? :ack2:

Hey I see it this way... the sooner you get that shit out of the way, the better. haha Then again, I usually always say that, because I'm ADD and find something else to do and I forget. hahaa! But hey, if it does fall on your birthday, I think that would be pretty cool. It's kind of like "Starting off a New Year on a Good Foot," KWIM?

As for mom, you know how it is... we can talk until we're blue in the face, but until she wakes up and realizes how much of a toll Diabetes is taking on her life, we can't do anything but sit and wait. Sucks, I know. Hmmm... have you tried the "crying tactic?" I was going to lay that one on thick this December when I saw my parents, but they saw my recent pix and were "inspired" and are doing something about their lifestyle. Soooo... no "dramatic act from Sheryl." Thank God! (As for your daddy... YAH! I'm happy that you both can support one another with your weight loss, mami. One down... mom to go, eh? haha)

Well, my darling Count Juggula... you keep them naughty bits warm. 2 degrees is enough to make your nips fall off. Also, becareful of dumbasses who can't drive!

PS What's with you and your fascination
with nun twats? Sick pervert!

KWIM--I think I still prefer my version of it--Kinky Women Into Mankinis. :D

Yeah, I've tried the crying tactic--didn't work. :D I'm so glad you're parents have been inspired by your fantastic weight loss!! Yay!!!!! I thought you were going to wait until you got there to shock them with your weightloss, though? Afraid you'd give Dad another heart attack?

Haha! You should've seen me all bundled up to come to the office this morning--two sweaters (one woolen and very heavy), coat, scarf, gloves, and I wore cord-ya-fuckin'-roys to keep me legs warm. D:

I dunno. I guess it's similar to your fascination with twat hawks. :sifone:

Yup, they are...but most of them don't want a boobalicious woman...and it would probably offend some people if I finish this post, so I'll stop there. I'm sure you can figure out the rest.

Nah, I'm not really into eating nun pie. :D I'd rather have a priest--that's also forbidden fruit.

Damnitt... I knew you were one of those really religious people. Must be something new going on in your life. I'm glad you're getting your face wet with religion... oops, I mean "hands wet." :D

Ooh OOh! Offend me! offend me!! I want to hear the rest of the post. haha! Don't fret... I'm Catholic. I can take it. HA!!!

Well if that's the case, I guess I'm a filthy heathen for making the "face wet post." OH FUCKIN' WELL! HAHAHAAA!

Y'all won't offend me--I'm not Catholic. :D

Well, here's the lovely weather forecast for this evening--and yes, I have a Christmas party to go to.

A WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 7 AM EST SUNDAY.

SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BREAK OUT LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...
BECOMING HEAVY AT TIMES AFTER DARK. IT APPEARS 1 TO 4 INCHES OF
SNOW COULD FALL BEFORE THE PRECIPITATION BEGINS TO MIX WITH AND
CHANCE OVER TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL
FOR SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATIONS OF ICE OF AROUND A QUARTER OF AN
INCH. STRONG WINDS CAN ALSO BE EXPECTED...WHICH COULD
ACT TO BRING DOWN TREE BRANCHES AND LIMBS THAT MAY BE COATED IN
ICE.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW...
SLEET...AND ICE ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY HAZARDOUS OR IMPOSSIBLE.

:cuss::cuss: Aahh..simply splendid. I love how they had to add the freezing rain to the snow just to make driving a little more interesting tonight. :)

I'm telling you... I prefer dancing around naked in the freezing rain than running around in a grass skirt in Hawaii. Sheesh... I'm so jealous!

:D I lurve you. Drive carefully to your Christmas party, honey.

Hey Kimberly - Hey Gang! :hug2:

We are havin' freakin spring again...

It's 70* here. :toetap05:

It's Dec. 1st and feels like fall/even spring.

Stay warm punkin-pie. ;)

Drive careful as well!

ok girlie....you pushed the weather my way....its now sleet and changing to snow.
hope everything is going good on your side....hope the snow stops and your roads get cleaned...lol i know the feeling.

Rena

Well, the roads are pretty shitty atm. The snow changed to hail, and then freezing rain during the party, and the drive home was rather slow and precarious, but we made it. :D

The party was fun. The food was incredible as always. There was smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail, cabbage rolls, almond bars, choc chip cookies, venison meatballs, among other things. I LOVE those damn almond bars and ate several of them--luckily she cuts them into tiny pieces. God those were good! :ack2: Anyway, getting my protein in for the challenge was a piece of cake..haha. I ate at least 172g of it today!! We won't talk about the 3000ish calories I ate. Oh, and three bears--1 Sam Adams Cranberry Lambic (brings back fond memories of Belgian lambics), 1 SA Cream Stout (kinda like a Guinness), and 1 SA Winter Ale. Yes, the boss got a Sam Adams variety pack...lmao.

Ok, now I've gotta get on the exercise bike and burn off some of those calories while I watch the Okla/Mizzou game. Goooooooo Sooners!! (Right Twin?):D
