Carr probably will retire, but he's not gonna announce it today. I just checked, and they're expecting an announcement on Monday. What does James think about Les Miles replacing him? I'm all for it, if they can pry him away from LSU..lmao. I'd also take Jim Harbaugh (currently at Stanford). I used to have the hots for him back in the day when he was QB @Mich...lol :D

Food for Saturday:
Totals: 2,594 calories, 105g fat 38%, 249g net carbs 40%, 140g protein 22%, 33g fiber

Well, I went over my target calories by 94cals--oh well...lol Protein was decent, as was fiber. Carbs were very high, though.

Made a yummy stirfry and got all my veggies in. :D

Glad to see you're feeling better Star :). I'm up with insomnia now having gone to bed around 9:30pm last night..so early, no wonder I'm up now!

Dont feel too badly about the speed of the weight loss. It seems like the older you get the slower it comes off. A few years ago, I used to drop 10 lbs no problem doing just what I'm doing now. Now, its been 5 months and nothing!

I agree its definitely time to switch it up a bit this week, either using a refeed as you've planned or..gasp..trying my three meal plan, or a combination of both he he. I can't believe no one wants to try something so simple, I guess people like their snacks but if you read the explanations behind the theory on maximizing optimal fat burning times I think you'd consider trying it for a few days. My pants are now looser (about to take them to the tailor) though scalena's still acting up. But its 100% responsible for me sticking to last week's calorie range of 1550 - 1850, which is pretty amazing considering my appetite prior to this. Oh I give up :rolleyes:.
 
Morning Sister!! Sorry I got offline quickly last night, I was getting a bit tired, plus the H was on his way home. No kiddos last night either as they had some friends stop by and take them both for a guys night I guess. Usually consists of a bunch of 18-20 yr olds up gaming all night. LOL LOL hey, at least they are not out partying or doing naughty things like their mother. LOL LOL LMAO!! that was funny! :hurray:

I love all thier friends, they are a hoot, funny as hell too. Thank gosh they are nothing like the guys I used to go to school with, YIKES!!!!

Well, hope to see you online later gator!! And my H said Les Miles is a decent coach, look what he did for LSU, and before that he was a coach for Oklahoma Cowboys. That's my H's favorite college team.

Amazingly, I was still 225.5lbs this morning! Even after not exercising yesterday and eating almost 2600 calories. Hmmm...maybe I don't need to spend a week eating at maintainance....hell if I know..lmao.

I see Paul's already campaigning for the #1 spot on the upcoming perv list..lmao

I think Tyly might make it this week as well.
