10/22—30 min circuit training Weight: 229.5??
10/23—30 min exercise bike, 10miles; 235 steps (up and down)
10/24—30min circuit training, 10min, 3.45miles exercise bike
Stacy--I just watched the newest South Park--the imagination land one--part 2. Not as funny as last week's imo, though.
Hubby is gonna have a ton of OT.. I'll probably be a night-owl for a long time..
I never sleep well when he's not home..
He may not even get time off for 2 more weeks!![]()
