Well, I was a bit naughty today--slightly high calories, and no exercise. Oh well, so spank me--this is my day off this week.
I'm a bit surprised that even with George arriving today, I still managed to lose a pound this week. Yay!

Hopefully next week I'll lose even more.
Tammy--thanks girl! I think you're just gr8!..lol. The C Challenge is all in my head..lol. Just waiting for it to begin. I hope I do as good a job as you did with the HC.
