BikiniBound's Diary

I've always believed that if you really want something badly enough, you'll make it happen. I love to travel, and can't believe I've been grounded for 6yrs. I need to give myself that pep talk right now.

Here... I got that pep talk already for you:

Kimberly,

read What Color Is Your Parachute in its entirety, fix up your resume, get that job dealing with studying abroad students, take your ass back to London, befriend black stripper guy, buy whipped cream, get a private room and stock it with lots and lots of Gatorade/ water.
HA!!! Love you.....

Hi Kimberly!
You're doing awesome hun! :] I wish I could be as focused as you are!!
OH! I took your advice about getting some benefiber and bought it awhile ago but I was paranoid about taking it (don't ask why, I have no idea, other than maybe I was expecting it to taste like crap) and I mixed it in with my water today and literally, it tastes like nothing. I'm loving it and plan on mixing it in with my liquids throughout the day, every day!

For the record, I am never taking that long of an absence from here ever again... there's too much to catch up on in your pervy diary! lol.

Hope all is well dear!
xoxox

Glad the benefiber is working out for ya! I've been getting shitloads (pun intended) of fiber from my foods lately--no supplements needed...:rotflmao:

It's good to see you back! How's everything going? Hope you're feeling better these days.

Well, if you're gonna stick around here more often, you just might find your name on the list of WLF Pervs...:D

I spent over 5hrs showing 10 houses to 2 different couples. The one couple--who looked at 6 houses, have 4 kids--actully 3 nephews and 1 niece that they are raising. Nice kids--but FULL of energy!! They loved to watch me open up the keyboxes on the doors--they thinks it's magic..lol. We had 3 different kinds of keyboxes today, and they thought it was just the coolest. How cute. Aaaagghhh--BB wants some babies.:cry: And can I say this couple is like 200% better and nicer than the biotch from last Sunday? They are just the nicest couple--and so excited to be buying their first house. The houses we looked at were nice, but nothing exceptional--but they and the kids were like kids in a candy store--so excited about the smallest things. These are the kind of people I like to work with. I hope I can get them a sweet deal.:)

And Michigan beat Minnesota 34-10. So that makes me happy.:D

And then the red dragon showed up. :rotflmao::rotflmao:

I love Benefiber. Been using it for a few months now and I taste nothing at all, but it seems to cream up my tea a bit which is a good thing as I love creamy tea. I throw 2 tablespoons in my large mugs of tea about 2 to 3 times a day.

Hey there,
GL to the couple w/ kids sounds like they
deserve a gr8 deal and a gr8 house from a gr8 realator. So how
is the x-mas challange coming along?I so can't wait to sighn up
for it to keep me going!I hope you have a lovely day Tammy

LOL!! Nah, I think I'll pass on black stripper guy. Seeing he was stripping in a gay bar, I'm pretty sure he'd be more into Steve than me anyway--you know, it's a mankini thing. ;)

Well, those jobs I'm talking about are generally U.S. based. A few of them are overseas, but in places I wouldn't want to live in (i.e. outside of Europe). I have no desire to live in buttfacking Africa or Buttfacking Asia, or Buttfacking Middle East...:rotflmao: I've already lived in BF Korea. That's as BF as I wanna get...lmao.

But you're right about the parachute book. Also, H needs to read it even more than I do. ;)

I've known many of straight guys who danced at gay bars. Reason being... they get so much better than straight bars. haha I think it's just weird having to rub your ass against someone's dick is all... well if you're a dude that is. LMAO!!

Wow. That's just way too much buttfacking for me. ;) HA!!!

oh how I love your puns! :rotflmao: I've always had a bit of a fiber problemo, but I have a feeling that this benefiber will get things all sorted out. :)

I'm glad to be back! Things are pretty good, a lot has chaged in my absence but everything happens for a reason. And I'm feeling 100% better now that my softball gland is gone. :p

Well, if you're gonna stick around here more often, you just might find your name on the list of WLF Pervs...:D

me... possibly on the wlf pervs list?! I don't think that'll ever happen. lol. I'm such a loner, but who knows, maybe I'll bust out and be some crazy perv that no one expected. haha!

I'm a bit surprised that even with George arriving today, I still managed to lose a pound this week. Yay! :jump: Hopefully next week I'll lose even more. :)

Tammy--thanks girl! I think you're just gr8!..lol. The C Challenge is all in my head..lol. Just waiting for it to begin. I hope I do as good a job as you did with the HC.:hug2: I am excited about it.

The Healthy Holidays Challenge starts Nov 10th, and ends a few days before Christmas. I hope you all will sign up and do it. It's a great way to stay motivated this time of year. If you have any questions, there is an idea thread already started in the Challenges section. And if you still have questions, feel free to PM me. :)

So for the challenge, we set goal weights correct?
I'm bad with estimating things and I'm not positive what I should go with. I don't want to set an unreachable goal but I don't want to set such an easy one either.
hmmmph! I need help from one of the wl queens!

You do set a goal, but that's just a small part of the challenge. Your main source of pts comes from doing the weekly exercise and weekly bonus (this changes every week). I'm gonna post more in the Challenge section.

1 percent of your body weight is a realistic goal... sometimes you'll do less -sometimes you'll do more -just keep focused on the big picture and it balances out.. :D

Aaaggghhhh!! I just got the most annoying call just now while answering phones at the office. This other realtor (from another board) called about one of my fellow agent's listings. She called her on her cell phone and didn't get an answer. This annoyed her b/c she feels that all agents should always have their cell phones with them night and day--no matter where they are. We should always answer our phone--there is no excuse. So apparently if I'm drunk from drinking a bottle of wine and have had a shitty day, I should still answer my phone drunk and bawling...lmao. She says she keeps hers on vibrate when she's in church. I'll be she's one of those annoying types who is always interrupting you when you're having a convo b/c her damn phone is more important. God I hate those people. I frequently don't answer my phone--I let it go to voicemail. I do, however, try to return calls as promptly as I can. Oh, around here, cell service can be sketchy. I am pretty sure that's why this agent didn't answer her phone. I guess we're also only allowed to live/travel to places where we can get a signal. I'd expect that attitude from some buyers, but not a fellow agent. It's like we're always working--there's no time off--even when we're in the bathroom taking care of business.
OH, and I made the mistake of informing her that house was subject to a short sale. This means that the sellers owe more on the mortgage than they can sell it for--not necessarily that it's in foreclosure. This woman insisted that it was in foreclosure and that it had 2 mortgages on it (that is possible, but certainly not definite at all). I tried to tell her this, but she said, "Honey, I've been selling real estate for over 30yrs. I know that it's in foreclosure." I decided not to argue with her--b/c there was no point. sigh....I am beginning to hate people more and more!!!

And, I got another walk-in--and guess where he's from? Why North Carolina, of course. This is the 3rd person originally from Mich, currently living in NC, who wants to move back. Well, you know how the last couple went..I wonder what this guy's wife is like. Well, she'll be at least 20yrs younger than last Sunday's bitch--but that doesn't mean she'll be less bitchy..lmao. Could be even worse. I love my job...:rotflmao:

More than ever, I just want a decent house, a couple of kids and a sweet husband who makes enough $$ so I can be a stay at home mom/domestic goddess/love slave... :rotflmao::rotflmao:

Oh, it was only 28 degrees at 3am last night!! That's pretty cold for October--even in Michigan. And....I'm down to 230 today. That's right. I'm not knocking on the door to the 220s anymore--I'm about ready to kick that mutha in. :D
