I wish your dad the best and a speedy recovery,
my aunt and step dad had knee replacement done and they are much
happier now way less pain.Love the pics,you have such pretty hair!

Exercise for this week:
10/15—30 min circuit training Weight: 234

Food for Monday:
Meal#1—oatmeal, protein powder, 2% milk (301cal)
Meal#2—strawberries and cottage cheese (128cal)
Meal#3—2 unbreaded chicken breast tenders, pork roast, green beans, potato (486cal)
Meal#4—nutrigrain bar (140cal)
Meal#5—sugar free chocolate pudding w/2% milk (310cal)
Total: 1,365 calories, 37g fat 25%, 129g net carbs 40%, 115g protein 35%, 17g fiber

I didn't work out as long as I wanted to, but my calories make up for it...lol Up until 7:45pm, I'd only eaten 429 calories! I just got busy this afternoon, and then had to rush to the gym to get my workout in before it closed.

My dad wanted me to let you all know he appreciates your well wishes re his surgery. He told me that he's starting to get a little nervous about it.

I'm going to be pretty busy tomorrow, so I don't know if I'll be on here much during the day. I hope we all kick some ass tomorrow!!!:rotflmao::hug2::hug2:

Michigan did get pretty screwed. Ap St. is a good team, they could beat Stanford easy! USC should have fell at least into the 20's . I'm very surprised that UGA didn't fall out last week. What I don't understand is how we can be ranked ahead of Tenn. But I'm not complaining! *LOL*

LOL. I've been arguing about this on the ESPN message boards..lmao. I've even got some Buckeyes agreeing with me!:eek::eek::eek: Especially when it comes to SEC V Big 10..lol. The thing that annoys me is that when the SEC beat each other up everyone says it's b/c they're a strong conference. But when Big10 teams do the same thing, everyone says it's b/c we're a weak conference..lmao. This is illogical imo. I don't mean to take anything away from the SEC b/c I do think they are the strongest conference this year--easily. It just bugs me when the sports powers that be dis the Big 10. I'm sure our conference is stronger than the ACC or the Big Least. Not sure about the Big 12 or PAC-10 (possibly).

Dad is having a knee replacement--so he'll be in the hospital for at least a few days. Then he can't drive for 3-4wks so I'll be the taxi service..lol. He's gonna be recovering for 2-3 months, apparently.

Thanks for the compliments.:) My hair isn't that long anymore--it's a little longer than shoulder length and layered to bring out the natural curls.

Haha! Those weren't MC Hammer pants--just flared a bit in the legs. I never owned the Balloon pants--wouldn't be caught dead in them--even back then!! ;)
