Well, I'm up bright and early today (yes, 8:30 is bright and early for me..lol) and will be living off 5hrs of sleep today. :mad: Should've taken a Benadryl at 11pm last night to knock me out..lol.

Just thought I'd get that in now, as I will be at the hospital all day--and doubt I'll be able to get an internet connection--though I'm bringing my laptop just in case...:rotflmao: I think I'm addicted. :eek:

Oh, weight was 232.5--so up .5lbs from yesterday. I'm cool w/it, though b/c I think that if I'd gotten enough fiber Sun and Mon. I would be down to 231. ;) ;) Hopefully that will take care of itself today...:eek::rotflmao:

a lot of cafeterias in hospitals will have wireless access but it'll be rare that you wll have it on the floors - it mightinterfere with equipment and all...

Guess what? I have internet access in the waiting room. You know what, I heard that stuff about cell phones and electronic equipment interfering with hospital stuff is not true at all. I've already been chatting on my cell phone with a client who called. But I was kind enough to take it out into the hall so the whole waiting room didn't have to listen to it...lol. I hate it when people do that.:rolleyes:

I had a transatlantic flight sitting next to a pilot once where we had that discussion about cell phones and navigation equipment interferance -and he said worst case, really, is that they get some static on headphones... but the airlines take it seriously...

I know two people just recently who had the surgery done, and they are both happy they did it. *****here is a little hummmm,hummmm, chant that you sell a house this week********:) I know it must be feast or famine in the housing market right now. I'm sorry! I got home late last night, so I did NOT have any time to go through old pics and find the cheerleader ones, BOO-HOO! sorry!!! Steve's workout ideas kicked my butt!! which is good, don't get me wrong, but I hurt in my legs today, and WOW I haven't felt this way in quite some time. :eek: I hope to get through some pics on Friday and I'll post them over the weekend, tonight it's gym and my Pampered Chef stuff came in so I have to go through about 5 boxes and get it all together, ugggg never a dull moment right. Yeah, Yahoo is all I use, too.

Dad is out of surgery and it went well. They only had to do a partial replacement, so that is really great--he'll recover much faster. He's in recovery now, and then they'll wheel him up to a room in about 30 more minutes.

His surgeon's name is Dr. Healey--which reminds me of a Mr. Heely :rotflmao::rotflmao: And let me tell you, Dr. Healey is FINE!! Haha. Well, his face is okay, but his body is HOT...lmao. That man works OUT..his arms are huge..:drooling::drooling: Okay, okay, I'll stop drooling.. haha. I bet Sheryl would be drooling over his man boobies..:rotflmao:

Well, I survived the hospital cafeteria without giving in to the french fries and pizza. I had a chicken fajita wrap that was pretty healthy. About 510 calories. Then I went for a 70min brisk walk. I know why they call this area Heritage Hill...lol:rotflmao:

The nurse just told us that they've taken dad to his room, I've gotta head up there now.
