I had a headache that made me miserable all afternoon and part of the evening. I wussed out and didn't go for a walk as planned. And, I made up for my good eating yesterday by consuming 2800 calories today.:eek: Unfortunately, the headache didn't seem to quell my appetite. :rolleyes:

Hey There TWIN! I guess your right about the corset, I don't want a waist smaller than a size 28 so I'll just stick with the current ones and forget about the 1800's for a while, even though I love all those fancy old Victorian dresses, so pretty and so much cleavage, HAHAHAHA Just to think men loved those back then, and now you have to show just about everything to get noticed, what the hell happen to us?? :jump: I'm sorry but I still think leaving a little to the imagination is hell of sexy!! Your workouts always seem so good, you really do push yourself.

Well, you could still keep your 28" waist size, you just don't lace it tightly..lol. I know--I love those old dresses, too. Give me some hoopskirts..lol. I would love to be a period actress and get to wear me some cool, authentic period dresses. Did you see the movie "Marie Antoinette?" I loved the costumes--gorgeous. I'm a big old movie buff, and I just love the movies from the 1930s. Everyone dressed so elegantly then--and, as you said--much more left to the imagination. Sure, the current styles are probably a lot more comfortable, but we've lost something in that imo.

After today, I need to start pushing myself more..lol. Well, my gym is starting up another contest on Thursday. I came in 3rd in the last one--after being in 1st place through the first half of it. Then I started plateauing..lol...sigh...:rolleyes: I think I'm gonna try to stay between 1200-1300 calories Wednesday. My first challenge will be avoiding the doughnuts at our company meeting tomorrow morning. I managed to avoid eating the doughnuts at the office this morning. I just have to get up early and eat something at home before I go--b/c if I'm hungry it will make it that much harder. Then I have to get my ass to the gym and work it hard. :rolleyes:

1200-1300 calories?!?! Man! Good luck! Unfortunately, I usually eat that much by 2pm! LOL! Still, keep pushing, win that 1st place at the gym, yi-ah!

10/9—None Weight: 235.5

Food for Tuesday:
Total: 2,485 calories, 140g protein 23%, 236g net carbs 39%, 101g fat 38%, 19g fiber

Actually, this should be more like 2800 calories due to the peanut butter cups..:rolleyes:

Well, I am kinda supposed to be at a meeting right now, but when I went out to start my car this morning it wouldn't start at first. I finally got it started, but it was running really roughly at first. Then it settled down. Strange. It was almost like a car that doesn't want to start up in really cold winter weather. But it's 48degrees out--so I'm pretty sure that's not it..:rolleyes: Maybe the battery or alternator?? I turned it off and restarted it 2 or 3 times and it started up right away. But I didn't dare drive it. The meeting is about 22 miles away, and I didn't want to risk having my car die while on the freeway--especially if it is the alternator. I'll have H look at it when he gets home. However, he doesn't know much about cars, so I don't know how much help he'll be..lol.

Weight this am was 236.

I think I need more sleep. I've never posted in the wrong diary before. LMAO!! Good for you not eating doughnuts at the office, YOU ROCK!! now just don't eat them anywhere else either! HEHEHEH:eek: Stay strong sister, keep the faith and you'll get off that plateau real soon. After all didn't you just lose like 4-5 pounds in 7 days??? What's up, I would love to lose that much in a week. I'm lucky to get 4 a month anymore. LOL!! Well, have a great day~~ LOTS OF LUB to you!

I hope your car decided to cooperate with you! I'm no car expert by any means but you might possibly have some water in your gas. That can make your engine act up really bad and barely run. In too much quantity it can cause some damage. If it continues you might want to take it and get it checked out.

Well, my car acting up meant I didn't have to be tempted by doughnuts. Yeah, I lost 6.5lbs in one week--b/c I gained 6.5 lbs the week before...lmao. So I don't count that.
