Meal#1—raisin bran w/2% milk (452cal, 19g)
Meal#2—whole wheat bread w/natural peanut butter (200cal, 10g)
Meal#3—salad w/cucumber, tomato, deli turkey, shredded mozzarella (243cal, 23g)
Meal#4—boneless pork ribs w/green beans and 1/3 of a potato (442cal, 38g)
Meal#5—raisin bran w/2% milk and protein powder (110cal, 20g)
Meal#6—strawberries and cottage cheese (128cal, 15g)
Total: 1,575 calories, 125g protein 33%, 131g net carbs 34%, 56g fat 33%, 32g fiber
I'm pretty pleased with my eating today--stayed on target with the calories, got my fiber in, and am as balanced on my fat, protein and carbs as is possible. The only thing is that my protein's a little lower than I'd like it to be.
My goal for Tuesday's weigh-in is to be 233.5 or lower--preferably lower..lmao.
Damn! It was 90 yesterday, and close to it again today. Both of those temps are record highs for those days. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 70s, and then the high for Wed-Fri is 59!! Just a slight difference--and a good one imo--I love fall weather and am feeling rather cheated..lmao. Then when it's Feb and I'm sick of freezing my ass off, I'll wish for some 80 degree weather..lol
