Meal#2—leftover Indian stirfry (6g) (320cal) , jello
Meal#3—polish sausage (3g) (468cal)and sauerkraut (2g) (30cal)
Meal#4—7 pringles (7g) (80cal), 2oz cheddar cheese (240cal)
35g total net carbs, 1,220 total calories
I went over my 30g limit on the carbs today, but was quite low calorie-wise. I'll be curious to see what the scale says tomorrow.
Today was another crazy day here on the forum. I took it pretty easy, and spent the day at home being a lazy ass. Watched "Captain Blood" from 1935 (my fav decade for movies) with Olivia DeHavilland and Errol Flynn. That man was some serious eye candy before he grew the moushtache. And he was Australian. Must be i have a weakness for Aussie men...haha. Too bad he ruined his health with such hard living. He died from a heart attack at the age of 50.
Tomorrow I get to go and bitch to my counsellor, and on Monday H and I go together to the other mc. That will be very interesting.
