Well today was full of the usual shit...lmbo! I've learned a lot about y'all today. Oh, so whenever i get one, my therapist tells me which areas are having trouble. Usually it's my colon, kidneys, and lower back. Yesterday it was sinuses and lower back. Kidneys were very good this time--due to all the damn water I've been drinking. And the colon just a little bit she said (hmmm...yes, Sheryl, I know what you're thinking I need to do! lol )

Well, I took three shits on Saturday! That's almost four. I took a massive one on Sunday, and one today. So does that get you all excited or what? Shall I start including my dumps in my daily/weekly exercise/food journals? Then I'll start calling it a "log." :rotflmao:

And I won't be trying any petroleum jelly, either!! Btw--Deviants tend to find other deviants, so it's no surprise we found each other. Haha. This reminds me of something my advisor told us in college just before parents' weekend once, "Don't worry. I won't tell your parents about your degenerate lifestyles here." Food for Today:
meal#1--strawberries with cottage cheese
meal#2--low-carb protein shake
meal#3--turkey sausage with 3 scrambled eggs
meal#4--.5oz of cheese, small bowl of watermelon
meal#5--broccoli, cooked cabbage with bits of ham
meal#6--bowl of jello
19 net carbs (under 30, so making up for yesterday)

I wasn't feeling all that hot today. I slept for about 6hrs last night, and then this afternoon I came home from the office and slept for about 2-3more hours. I was just tired. Guess my body needed it. I was feeling a little down today--think I'm kinda depressed about things--life and marriage. Everything's just so unsettled at the moment. I really wish I could get a decent job. I'm tired of not having any money. Being poor sucks ass!! :drooling:

I soo didn't feel like exercising today, but I forced myself to get my lazy ass out there and work it. I knew I'd feel better if I did, and I did..lol.:)

My eating today was very under control--for the first time in several days. I just wasn't that hungry. I haven't lost any weight since my weigh in last Wednesday. In fact, I was up 3.5lbs from my lowest this am. So I'm hoping that tomorrow I will fare better. :)

Well, my naughty, perverted little kittens, I shall sign off. I hope tomorrow is good for everyone!:jump: :jump: :jump:

What is your daily carb max? I did low carb for about 2 days this past year but I couldn't keep it up. It did really cut my appetite, but I think its what got me into this bacon thing.

Every 2-3 min I alternate between a 16-18min mile pace and walking as fast as I can w/out jogging. It's about a 12-13min mile pace, which is almost a jog. It gets my heart rate going like crazy--which is the point of IT, is it not?:)

This anabolic diet has you being Spartan with the carbs 5days a week, then lets you overload on carbs on the weekends, to sort of shock your system. I'm trying it to see how it works. So far, I'm down 3lbs from yesterday, and I've only been doing this since Monday. I was at 236.5 this am. Trying to break this damn plateau I've been on for a week now. It should work. My hunger is back under control--and that is a great feeling. I got this idea from Tony--he's been doing it, and I read an article he posted in his diary that I liked. While 30g a day is about half of the carbs I was eating daily, the fact that I can eat all the carbs I want on the weekends is very appealing. But this weekend I have to be good. The carbs start next weekend. Yeah, I'm visualizing a massive bowl of steak fetticcini alfredo with garlic toast...lmbo.:drooling:

I logged my food into fitday.com last night, and yesterday my carbs were 8% of my diet. Fat= 45% and Protein= 47% Fiber was only 16g, so I know I have to up that. This a.m. I drank psyllium husk powder with water--about double what I normally do. So I've already had about 15g of fiber today. I think 25g is the RDA, so I want to reach or surpass that everyday. Oh, all this talk of fiber etc is sooo thrilling...NOT:rolleyes:

Well, I gained 3.5lbs over the last week, so I'm still up a .5lb from my lowest weight. But I think that will change soon. This is the article I read about the anabolic diet:

Thanks for the link! It sounds really hard core. lol. I think if I can't get off this plateau in a few more days I might try that. :]

I'm sure that you'll lose that .5 plus more soon seeing as how you lost 3 of the 3.5 so quickly. :jump:
