meal#3--turkey sausage with 3 scrambled eggs
meal#4--.5oz of cheese, small bowl of watermelon
meal#5--broccoli, cooked cabbage with bits of ham
meal#6--bowl of jello
19 net carbs (under 30, so making up for yesterday)

I wasn't feeling all that hot today. I slept for about 6hrs last night, and then this afternoon I came home from the office and slept for about 2-3more hours. I was just tired. Guess my body needed it. I was feeling a little down today--think I'm kinda depressed about things--life and marriage. Everything's just so unsettled at the moment. I really wish I could get a decent job. I'm tired of not having any money. Being poor sucks ass!!
I soo didn't feel like exercising today, but I forced myself to get my lazy ass out there and work it. I knew I'd feel better if I did, and I did..lol.
My eating today was very under control--for the first time in several days. I just wasn't that hungry. I haven't lost any weight since my weigh in last Wednesday. In fact, I was up 3.5lbs from my lowest this am. So I'm hoping that tomorrow I will fare better.
