Seems like there are a lot of horse back riding enthusiasts on here! :rotflmao:

I also have a client who is absolutely model like gorgeous. Tall (about 6'4", muscular, dark thick hair and EXTREMELY rich). He also has a wife and kids (who he cheated on a few years ago with an employee; we had to help him out of that jam). All the ladies in the office drool at the rare occasion that he might drop by.

That is so cool that you were able to drop so much while H was away. He must've been stunned!

Yes, I think horseback riding DOES burn quite a few calories. Gonna have to do more of it..lmbo!

I don't think this guy has cheated on his wife--doesn't strike me as the type at all. But you never know.

Hubby was surprised at how much thinner I was--especially my ass. I didn't think I had much of an ass, but apparently it is shrinking...lol

Exericise for the week:
8/13--40min circuit training
8/14--40min circuit training, horseback riding;)
8/15--40min circuit training, horseback riding;)

Food for today:
meal#1--blueberries and yogurt
meal#2--low-carb protein shake
meal#3--sliced deli roast beef, 1oz cheddar cheese
meal#4--2tbsp organic peanut butter
meal#5--chicken & veggie stirfry (and spicy, of course)
meal#6--4oz of well-seasoned salmon, 1 60 calorie choc chip cookie (very small)

Yup, Sheryl strikes again. It may have been the horseback riding that caused the loss--I doubt it was a massive dump..lmao And no, hit wasn't bareback! As much as I would like to have children, the current state of my marriage makes me scared to death of getting pregnant!:eek:

And once again, I thought of Sheryl while i was chopping up zucchini for my stirfry. Wondering if she had gotten to that particular shipment.:rotflmao:

Things have gone pretty well today. I've been complimented and groped repeatedly (which I just hate, of course..lol), :rotflmao:

I am very impressed with your exercise, especially all the HR riding. Heard it burns tons of calories (and if not let's pretend). Oh yeah, and good job with the ciruit training too :rolleyes:.

It looks like you're doing a low carb diet? I also try to keep my carbs to fruit and veggies if I want to have a chance of curbing my [huge] appetite (I really need to do this more actually). I was doing the protein shakes several times a day (cuz sometimes I get hungry constantly) and it was helping. I really need to get back to those!

Yes, I'm trying to keep it low-carb and high protein. They say that you need to get lots of protein if you want to blast that fat off. Read my post of last night in TropicGirl's diary (if you haven't already). Plus, like you said, protein fills you up better than carbs or fat. So that helps curb the hunger. I highly recommend a high protein diet--with lots of non-starchy veggies, of course.

Oh, and thanks for the rep--it sent mine soaring!:jump: :jump:

I know, it's funny how Friday we all felt like shit, and Wednesday we were on cloud 9..lol

Oh, and re horseback riding burning calories, I think the more active a "rider" one is during said activity, the more calories burned. So one should not just lie there and let the "horse" do all the work!:jump: :jump: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

:rotflmao: Why the hell not! We have to do all the other work in every other area (cleaning, trying to resolve our issues and find counselors, cook etc) so let the poor horse burn some cals too! :rotflmao:
