Exercise for the week:
8/6--30min of circuit training, 2 mile walk in 30min with IT
8/7--4mile walk in 60min with IT in humid as hell heat
Food for Today:
meal#1--breakfast croissant (sans crabs and snot)with egg, sausage, cheese, onions, mushrooms, and green pepper
meal#2--fresh strawberries and 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
meal#3--low-carb protein shake
meal#4--5 onion rings, side salad, steamed broccoli, a little bit of roast turkery, stuffing, 1/2 med baked potato w/a bit of margerine (took the rest of meal home in doggie bag)
meal#5--1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Well, aside from the onion rings and breakfast sandwich, I didn't do too badly today with the eating. My walk was a total sweat fest--I was dripping wet with it by the time I was finished. I thought about just doing 3 miles, but then remembered Paul powering on yesterday through 100degree heat and humidity--and knew I was wussing out since it was only 80 here..lol So thanks for the inspiration, Paul!
Managed to avoid eating chocolate birthday cake at home, and cookies at the office, along with dove chocolate and the damn peanut butter pretzel snacks that are still there. unfortunately, they guy at my office who normally eats all that stuff up quickly is on vacation, so it lasts longer...
