I almost didn't put my food on here today. It wasn't any worse than yesterday, I guess. I don't know what's wrong with me the last few days--I've just been hungry as hell. I haven't felt like this in ages, where I just want to eat constantly. It seems to have started when my H came back. Wonder if that has anything to do with it. Weird.
Its possible... are you nervous with him back?... maybe the red villian is coming? There could be lots of reasons.
I decided to take a day off exercising today. I think 6 days a week is enough...lol
Tomorrow I am getting a reflexology massage. I get one about every 5-6 weeks. It's only $20 for a half hour, and it feels sooo good. I love having my feet massaged. And, I tend to lose weight after getting one. I think it does something good to my system. Hopefully it will do something. I am falling behind on my weight loss goals. It's my goal to be at 230 by the end of this month, but at the rate I'm going, it isn't gonna happen. Think positive! HA!
