Exercise for the week:
8/6--30min of circuit training, 2 mile walk in 30min with IT
8/7--4mile walk in 60min with IT in humid as hell heat
8/8--30min of circuit training
8/9--4mile walk in 60min. and 100% humidity (begging for sympathy again)
8/10--4hrs of housecleaning, 40min of circuit training.

Food for today:
meal#1--strawberries and yogurt (100cals)
meal#2--low-carb protein shake (190cals)
meal#3--lean gourmet dinner (290cals), bowl of strawberry honey n oats cereal with 2% milk.

Does anyone here get the impression that I like strawberries? lol I only ate three meals today, and barely 1000 calories. So that's not good, especially considering how much exercise I got today. But it's only one day.

Ha! I tried on a mini skirt i haven't worn in a few years. I can get into it--though it's a bit tight. I think it looks good from the back...lmbo At least my legs are looking pretty damn good these days if I do toot my own horn..:rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Haha! I would have to squeeze some midgets in there to make it look like i have an ass--however, i'd never get the midgets in--no room! My ass will never be my best feature--more like my legs and boobs (if we are talking about below the neck). But I think if i bent over the hood of a car while wearing it, it would have my harem saluting me...hahaaha:rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
 
Imagine if you bent over the hood of the car NOT wearing it...they'd die of dehydration from all that drool.

Haha! Well, that is not a pic I can take of myself, and I honestly do not know of anyone around here that I would be able to ask to take said photo without feeling like a total moron, or having to explain my naughty exploits..lmbo But if you want to come up to Michigan, you can take the photo yourself..lol:rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Well today was so-so diet-wise. I didn't do any exercise b/c the muscle in my lower left calve is killing me--every step kills. So I didn't go on my walk. But I'm not feeling (too) guilty b/c I've exercised every other day this week. Time to take a day off.

Food for today:
meal#1--2eggs, 3strips of bacon, 1 slice of multi-grain toast
meal#2--2tbsp organic peanut butter
meal#3--grilled chicken bacon ranch salad from McDonalds with low-cal balsamic vinigarette
meal#4--2 small slices of pizza--oops!
meal#5--stirfry with shrimp, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic, zucchini, summer squash, mushrooms, red and green bell pepper and tomato.
meal#6--low-carb protein shake

Yes, you have to take a day off every once in a while to keep making progress and to keep from getting burned out. It's those weeks off or months off that are dangerous.

Thanks dear, and for the rep as well. To season the stirfry I added curry powder, lemon/pepper salt, ginger and cilantro. It's fairly spicy (you know that's how I like it!), and I made a lot so I'll have leftovers for tomorrow.

A bit Spicy is soo good... I grew up with a mother who throws tons of red pepper and tabasco on everythign and grows her own super hot peppers... I love some fire on my food:)

mmMmmm the leftovers are going to be better after sitting with the spices overnight:)

As to the veggies....when I was buying zucchini today it took all of my self-control not to start laughing out loud in the middle of the supermarket b/c I starting thinking about Sheryl. And then as I was getting summer squash I began wondering if she gives that the same "treatment" as the zucchini. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: Yes, we are sick, twisted women! And you, Griff, are just as bad! You naughty thing!:jump: Spank, spank;)
