Exercise for this week:
7/30--30min of circuit training
7/31--3mile walk in 45min and 92degree heat (yes, I'm begging for sympathy)
8/1--30min of circuit training, 2mile walk in 30min (interval training)
8/2--4mile walk in 60min (more IT--and it kicked my ass!)
8/3--30min of circuit training (still tired from the ass-kicking from last pm)
8/4--3mile walk in 44min(new record by 1min--woohoo) w/IT
Food for Today:
meal#1--2eggs, 1 slice toast, 4strips of bacon
meal#2--Lean Gourmet Sante Fe bean and rice meal (350cals too many carbs..lol)
meal#3--low-carb protein shake, 6 peanut butter mini pretzels(90cals)
meal#4--1/2 slice pizza, small handful of chips (carb overload today-what am i thinking??)
meal#5--salad w/romaine, tomato, cucumber, sliced deli roast beef, low-cal balsamic vinigarette
Well, not too bad today food-wise. I am a bit naughty with the carbs and meal#4 was rather naughty of me. Maybe I need my harem to spank me. No, that would only encourage me to be naughty in the future in hopes of more spankings..haha
Hopefully tomorrow I will lose the 2 1/2lbs I've gained in the last two days

My goal is to be 237 at Monday's weigh in, and I was 241 this am.
