I think I'm done for the night--but you never know. I told you I needed to copy that warning from your diary. Between you, Jenna, and big daddy....it is almost x rated. Of course I am an innocent angel--with never a perverted thought. You've all corrupted ME! Not the other way around. LMBO!!!!!
 
Exercise for this week:
7/30--30min of circuit training
7/31--3mile walk in 45min and 92degree heat (yes, I'm begging for sympathy)
8/1--30min of circuit training, 2mile walk in 30min (interval training)
8/2--4mile walk in 60min (more IT--and it kicked my ass!)
8/3--30min of circuit training (still tired from the ass-kicking from last pm)

Food:
meal#1--fresh strawberries and blueberries w/cottage cheese
meal#2--chicken and veggie stir-fry, cup of split pea soup, 4saltines w/butter
meal#3--protein shake, 1 Dove chocolate, 1 glazed donut hole (bad, bad girl)
meal#4--meatloaf and green beans
meal#5--sliced deli roast beef and 1oz of chedder cheese

I was happy in the haze of a drunken hour, but heaven knows I'm miserable now. You said I was ill and you were not wrong. Spineless bastards all. I want to go home, define education as a bad mistake. Oh mother I can feel the soil falling over my head. Oh, the alcoholic afternoons that we spent in your room. They meant more to me than any living thing on earth. Don't come to the house tonight. The flesh you so fancifully fry--it's not succulant, tasty or kind. I don't dream about anyone--except myself. But they can never taint you in my eyes, no they cannot hurt you my darling, they cannot touch you now. Under the iron bridge we kissed, but it just wasn't like the old days anymore. And if you're so very good looking, then why do you sleep alone tonight? The story is old, I know, but it goes on...

Boy, if you are depressed, the Smiths and Morrissey are not the band to be listening to!! Of course I always listened to them when I was in a sad mood, and it only made it worse...lmbo As you can see, I got over it...:jump:

Hello miss...

I just read through, and thought I'd drop a line...

The thing that stood out the most to me, is the fried foods at the hospital...and the overweight nurses and doctors.

That really is one of my big reasons for losing...I am currently a chef (though I am on the way to nursing school) and I got sick of being the overweight guy trying to feed 2000 college students at once... Who am I to determine the nutrition of that many people if I can't stay healthy myself?

Anyway...keep up the good work, and I will be back.
