Alta--Thanks. Aside from peeing more than usual, I don't feel that much different..lol. Well, over the weekend it did feel like stuff was going on in that area, but it might've just been gas.
Margaret--Like Amy said, doing weights while pregnant is a good thing. It helps keep the muscles firm which greatly helps with labor and delivery--especially the abs and back muscles.
Amy--Thanks for the info. My gyms weight machines are all hydraulic, so there is no heavy lifting involved. I don't think it'll be a problem. There is one girl who goes there who worked out pretty much until she gave birth. In her last month or so she had to give up the ab machine..lol
I have done a tiny bit of yoga in the past. I have a yoga tape (which I've used about twice..lol), but it's not a pregnancy one. Space at home is quite limited, so I think that's why I didn't do it much. But now that we are getting our own place, I'll have plenty of space. So if you want to send it, I'd love to have it.
A long distance baby shower? I dunno how you'd do it, but that is awfully sweet of you to think of it.
