Total: 3hrs 53min, 7 miles walked/jogged
Finally had a really good day calorie-wise. Even my WW calculator says I only ate 23pts (which is my daily limit with no exercise).

yet. Today is day 30 of my cycle. 
There is a deck off the living room that will be great for small cookouts and evenings chilling with a beer or glass of wine.
