Finally had a really good day calorie-wise. Even my WW calculator says I only ate 23pts (which is my daily limit with no exercise).

Good job on the cals. Best of luck on the condo! THat'll be great for you and Big D. Just think of how all the privacy could "enhance" your marriage..counter tops, the LR couch, the shower etc etc HAHA. This is bringing me back to the x-rated diary days..
 
You have every right to feel proud of your running at 5mph. I couldnt even try to do that.

You have done very well to bring in your points that low. When I add up my points they are often at that level or above (certainly above twice this week) and as you know - based on my weight or height I would not be allowed as many points as you. Thank goodness I am on core. It is much easier to eat a whole load of healthy stuff and just add in the bits where I dont eat off the core list.

I hope that the house deal goes ahead.

That builder's house certainly sounds nice. I hate to think how much you would pay for something like that near here. A whole lot more that £140K I can tell you.

Margaret--That builder's house is really nice. Very beautiful woodwork inside, huge master suite with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, double vanity sinks, hardwood and tile floors, fireplace, kitchen with granite island, etc.

I agree that the WW pt system is rather rigid. As long as you don't factor the fat into it, it is rather generous. But unless you are eating very low-fat, it is hard to get a decent number of calories in with one's pts.

7/14—47 min walk, 3 miles, weight: 219.5, calories: 1,780

Had to take Mom to her opthamologist appt this morning, so I went for a 3 mile walk while she was in there. Managed to keep the calories respectable. Scalena appears to be stuck on 219.5. No sign of :reddevil: yet. Today is day 30 of my cycle.

So we got our condo. Should be pretty easy getting it closed. It's only a one bedroom, but the basement has plenty of room for a 2nd bedroom and bath and a huge rec/family room. It'll have a bit over 1200sqft once finished. We plan on finishing the basement so we'll have somewhere to stuff the visiting Aussie friends and family. :D I already got a quote from that builder. I'll try to take some pics of it tomorrow and post them for ya. There is some lovely old lady wallpaper in the bathroom and bedroom whose days are numbered. :D

They are happy for us, but are sad to see us go. They surprisingly like having us live with them. Probably b/c we clean the house, mow the lawn, grocery shop, do their laundry and do other household chores. My parents are the best. :)

Claudia--My cycle is usually 28-29 days, but sometimes 27-30. Today is day 32--the end of it--and still no :reddevil: I would just die if mine came as often as yours!! :ack2:

Weight was up a lb today, but I am certain it is due to lack of bathroom action that has since taken place. :biggrinjester: Calories were good today, exercise was so-so. It would be nice to see the scale below 219.5 tomorrow.
